JOB WORK FOR IMPROVEMENT OF COOLING SYSTEM FOR POWER TRANSFORMER AT 33/11 KV MRS AT FAIZABAD.

(i) M & L for installing forced cooling system of power transformer with 2 Nos 450 mm exhaust fan, metal body (Make- Crompton Greaves/Bajaj/Usha) heavy duty mounted on 50 x 50 x 6 mm equal angle iron 21.96 RM and top and side portion covered with 3 mm thick steel sheet including provn of barbed wire 2.24 mm dia 2 strand (9.5 RM) and grounting to soil upto 0.6 mtr with PCC 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate type C-2 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge- Each Job - 02 nos. (iii) Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out/laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - CUM - 23. (iv) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - CUM - 12.5. (v) Removing excavated materials (soil) n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - CUM - 10.5 (vi) M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable with clean dry river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured & Paid- CUM (vii) Supply & Laying of sub class 'B'bricks locally available best quality laid flat (length of bricks laid across the length of cable) in tranches for protection of U/G cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - Per 1000 Nos - 0.739 (viii) Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cable 10 sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098(Part-I) 1998, laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or on poles etc including cable gland, cable lugs, jointing, supporting clamp complete etc of the under mentioned type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - RM - 120 (ix) S&F in replacement of PVC insulated and FR PVC multicore round sheathed copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 4 Sq mm 4 core, 1100 volt confirming to IS - 694 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Havells - RM - 90 (x) S&F in replacement PVC insulated and FR PVC multicore round sheathed copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable 2.5 Sq mm 12 core, 1100 volt confirming to IS - 694 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Havells - RM - 110 (xi) S&F epoxy powder coated or polystrene insulated material sheet metal enclosure factory made (double door) 8 way SPN suitable for MCB DB's 240 Volts with 200 Amps rated busbar, neutral & earthing link bar, flush/surface mounting as in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells - Each - 2 (xii) S&F MCB single pole and neutral ISI marked `C' series working on 240 volts 50HZ AC supply for incomming & out going controlling system of capaicty 32 Amps 10 KA breaking capacityas in repair etc all as specified and directed.
