Special repair to hanger Sub Station and Base Ops Sub Station area, fencing and gate 11 KV switch yards at AF Staton Carnicobar

Dismantling of old UNSV HT 4 pole structure all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of old UNSV HT/LT UG cables any size and type all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, connecting, testing and commissioning in replacement of old conventional type 4 pole structures and fuse units outdoor type 11 KV, 630 Amps, Non Extensible type, outdoor fixed type (IP54), RMU (Ring Main Unit) 6 way comprising of 06 Nos 630 Amp Vaccum circuit breaker. Incomer 3 Nos & 03 Nos outgoing. Inside robotically/ manually/TIG welded sailnless steel 304 (Non ferrite Non magnetic Grade) filled with SF6 gas at suitable pressure in accordance with the IEC, IEC-62271-103, tank having min thickness 3 (+/-) 0.5 mm having IP 67 degree of protection. The RMU tank shall provide full insulation, making the switchgear insentive to the environment with degree of protection of IP67. The RMU shall be suitable for operations at a height 1000m above sea level and at 40 degree ambient temperature without any derating. RMU should be provided with internal busbar as well as earthing busbar should be copper, padlock provisions & complete all accessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21KA/0.1 Sec as per IEC-62271-200. RMU shall be equipped with site replaceable bushing. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside the each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable sheilds. The outer enclosure main door should cover entire part of the switchgear including front cover and cable doors for providing complete IP54 protection including raised foundation of suitable size, minimum 50cm above and 01 meter below the natural ground level all as per manufacturers drawing. The unit shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site all as speciffied & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Incommer:- SF6 insulated motorized Breaker module consisting of following accessories:- (i) 11 KV, 630 Amp fixed type Vaccum Circuit Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current along with disconnector + Earth switch and interlocking facility. (ii) Short time current-21KA/3 Sec, breaking capacity 52.5 KA. (iii) Auxiliary contacts-01 NO+ 2 NC & Auxiliary contact on earth switch is 1 NO + 1 NC. (iv) Stored energy machnism with manual / motorized spring charging. associated closing/ tripping coils, integrated non removable spring charging operating handle and ON/OFF push buttons mechnically latched to the mechanism. (v) Interlocked, arc prrof cable box for front termination of the cable suitable door arrangement (IP 54+ IP3X & IP2X) safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live condition. (vi) Numarical based self powered OC + EF protection relay, providing over current (Min setting 20%). Earth fault (Min setting 10%).

(vii) Resign cast, Ring core CTs of suitable capacity for protection (ACC.CI, 5P10). 2.5 VA, incoming100/1 & outgoing 50/1, insulatted away from bushing to prevent saturation of core -set of 3 No. (viii) Potential transformer with HT fuse on primary side and MCB on secondary side for protection and primary voltage 11000 V3v & secondary voltage 110 V3v with burden winding 5 VA, class of winding 1:10. (ix) Digital multi function meter with Rs-485 port (A,V, KW, KVA, KWH, PF) etc. (x) Suitable site replaceable cable busings suitable not beyond 300mm from cable cover to allow ease of access for installation/ testing/ replacement purpose. (xi) Self interlocking mechanism between door, earth swich, disconnector and VCB. (xii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system. (xiii) Mchnical indications for breaker ON, OFF, Earth, Spring charged- Discharged. (xiv) Mechanical interlock between incomers. (xv) Battery 24 Volt ,7AH along with battery chargers.

(b) Outgoing:- SF6 insulated motorized Breaker module consisting of following accessories:- (i) 11 KV, 630 Amp fixed type Vaccum Circuit Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current along with disconnector + Earth switch and interlocking facility. (ii) Short time current-21KA/3 Sec, breaking capacity 52 KA. (iii) Auxiliary contacts-01 NO+ 1 NC. (iv) Stored energy mechanism with manual / motorized spring charging. associated closing/ tripping coils, integrated non removable spring charging operating handle and ON/OFF push buttons mechanically latched to the mechanism. (v) Interlocked, arc proof cable box for front termination of the cable suitable door arrangement (IP 54+ IP3X) safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live condition. (vi) Emergency trip push button.

M&L for laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core .

Supply and laying in trenches HDPE double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 16098-2 SN 4 Class of size 65 mm outer dia with sol fit pipe joint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of cable jointing kit for or 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm heat shrink type indoor end termination all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sub base cement concrete of 100mm thick, type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) including formwork, screed strips and to divide the area in panels etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
