Construction of New office Building at Pranakrushna HSS at Baitarani road under Korei Block in the District of Jajpur for the year 2025-26

Dismantling and removing cement concrete , R.C.C. columns beams slab staircase landing lintels ,brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead per 1 cum and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing 2.5 cm.thick artificial stone flooring including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismentaling & removing doors, windows, & ventilators , including removal of frame,hinges, fastening & stacking the useful materials for the reuse and removing the debries within 50 m lead

Removing old grading plaster from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debris within 50m lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick masonry in cement mortar 3m. Height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Lead.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour & T & P as required for the item of work including cess etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1st Footing
