Material and labor for maintenance-free earthing with 17.2mm dia minimum 3m length copper coated (minimum 200 microns) earth electrode with minimum 65 x 10mm, 3mm thickness copper coated flat with holes on the top of the copper bonded rod for connecting the copper earth strip. The cost includes drilling a hole of 85mm in diameter using mechanical/hydraulic boring/drilling. The copper-boded electrode to be placed in the hole and the surrounding area shall be filled with EEM (Earth Enhancing material) with the suggested proportion of excavated soil. The copper bonded electrode is to be connected with 25 mmx3mm copper strip using a copper/brass nut bolt of size 8 mm with copper washer near the top end of the earth electrode is to be connected to Copper strip 25mmx3mm as main earthing lead using copper /brass bolt, nuts, washers, check nuts and strip firmly, earth lead to be connected to earth test point made of phosphorous bronze/gunmetal of size 75mmx75mmx25mm drill and screwed including 03 no.8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screwed. PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for inspection chamber (earth pit) of size 300mmx300mm internal with 100 mm thick at side i.e. total 500mmx500 mm outer side & 300 mm depth with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle etc including necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) The achieved earth value shall be less than 01 ohm. The cost of calculating the earth resistivity of the particular site to achieve the desired ohmic value is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The number of earthings for achiving an earthing value the value earth resistivity will decide less than 01 ohm. (ii) The cost of earth lead upto and including 7.5 meters only from the top of the earth electrode is deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead, if any is required shall be measured and paid for separately under the appropriate item of Sch 'A' .Required qty of insulators are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) The earth-enhancing material (EEM) shall comply with the specification . Relevant test certificates as per EC62561-7 & other standards should be tested at any recognized National Test Laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, ERTL, and MSME as approved by GE. (iv) The earth resistance value shall be recorded in the presence of the User and Engr-in Charge and the value shall be sustained for a period of a minimum of 10 Years. The Contractor shall submit a Certificate from OEM in this connection.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode (600x600x6)mm thick buried directly in ground ( (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level connected to galvanised iron strip ( 32x6 )mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm th, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm(PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm grade stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose. (iv) Required qty of insulators are deemed to be included in the quoted rate

M&L in repair for earthing complete with copper Earth Plate 600mm X 600mm X 3.15mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3.10 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.10 mtr below ground level), connecting to copper strip 32mm x 6mm main earth lead by means of tinned copper / brass bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers besides brazing at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to test point, made of phosphorous brongze/gun metal of size 75mmx75xmmx25mm dril and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screwed, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt in alternate layers of 100mm thick all around the plate, under and above the plate and returning, filling of earth spread levelled, watered and compected to required level, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), rainforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle, GI medium watering pipe 25mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 40 mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed . NOTE : (i) The cost of earth lead and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of the earth electrode are deemed to be included under this item and additional earth lead , if any, required at the site shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’. (ii) Any joint in earth lead from the earth electrode to the test point shall not be allowed/permitted. Required qty of insulators are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for earth testing and recording the earthing values of copper/GI/Chemical and Maintenance-free earthing after disconnecting the strips from the test point terminal from the earthing pit in the presence of JE/User / Engr-in-charge with an approved at any directed locations with earth resistance tester complete all as directed. Note: 1. The cost of the Earth tester duly calibrated along with labor and Register is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in repair for epoxy insulator including fixing on wall/RCC piller with fasteners including de-screwing of strip and re-connecting of the strip on insulator with suitable screw/nuts/bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI funnel with wire mesh for watering the earth pit made to shape and size with using PGI sheet minimum 1.0 mm thick and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HDPE DWC flexible pipe of Size 40mm external & 33 mm internal dia (ISI marked) including required clamps/couplers to be fix at 1.5 mtr interval on wall to fix the pipe properly and smooth suitable for insulation & protection of GI /copper /aluminium strip of any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HDPE DWC flexible pipe of Size 50mm external & 38 mm internal dia (ISI marked) including required clamps/couplers to be fix at 1.5 mtr interval on wall to fix the pipe properly and smooth suitable for insulation & protection of GI /copper /aluminium strip of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe lines/laying of UG cables complete all as specified and directed

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300mmx180mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow bar 60 cm long duly painted of color as directed for writing ER value, date of testing, and the due date for testing, Earth pit No, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :1. Required PCC work with sufficient digging to support & fix the marker is included in this item. 2. The cost taking down the old perished item is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for painting on earth pit & cover with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved color complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/cutting of PCC/Bitumen road for fixing/laying of pipe any size minimum 200 mm depth &300mm width and making good with M&L for PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for rep/maint of of existing tilted/embeded earth pit by digging not exceeding 3 feet deep around earth pit , filling by nearby soil & re-adjusting the earth pit in proper manner ,all as directed .

Disconnecting & taking up or down existing unserviceable / reshaped, aluminum / GI earth strips or taking down conductors of any size and in any position at any location in any height of the building and hangar, stacking properly the serviceable strips for re-use in the work including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing & connecting aluminium earth strip 25 mm x 3mm as in roof conductors / down conductor fixed on walls / roofs with saddels/epoxy insulator including screws required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in position & connecting the retrieved old serviceable aluminum/ copper/GI earth strip/ earth lead / down conductors of any description and in any size, after making necessary addition/alterations, fixed on walls/roofs over and including M&L for suitable new insulators (Porcelain/vitreous) provided at a distance not exceeding 50 cm center to center and insulators fixed with suitable saddles and screws complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old retrieved earth strips of any shape and size in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work

Supply and fixing in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32mm x 6mm, copper strip/earth lead, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts or brazing at every joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 20mm x 3mm, copper strip/earth lead, laid in pipe/fixed on walls or any other position including jointing by tinned copper/brass nuts, bolts and washers or brazing at every joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 25mm x 3mm, Aluminium strip fixed on wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other position including jointed by Aluminium nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair light grade, 40mm dia GI tubing with all fittings fixed on walls/ poles/ in trenches as in earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Taking up or down GI pipe 40mm bore 1.2/0.6 mtr long including GI socket complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixing GI water tubing, light grade, 40mm bore, 1.2 mtr long duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand / post at the roof top of hangers/bldgs of any height complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Jindal / Tata /TT Swastik. Note : (i) GI socket & PCC/ brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) GI pipe 1.2 mtr will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

All as per item 25 here-in-before but 40 mm bore, 0.6 metre long

Fixing only the reshaped /tilted GI pipe, 40mm bore, 1.2 meters long obtained from taking down in serviceable condition as in Air termination stand/post at the rooftop of hangers/bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Old GI pipe obtained in serviceable condition shall be re-used in the work (ii) GI socket & PCC / brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe post is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item 27 here-in-before but 40mm bore, 0.6 metre long.

Dismantling & taking up or down GI pipe 50mm bore 1.2 /0.6 mtr long including GI reducer (50mm x 40mm) complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labor for GI water tubing, light grade, 50mm bore, 1.2 meters long duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand/post at the rooftop of hangers/bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GI socket & PCC/ brick masonry block for fixing of GI pipe post is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) GI pipe 1.2 meters will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

Supply & fixing in repair GI water tubing, light grade, 50mm bore, 0.6 meters long duly threaded on one side for fixing socket as in Air termination stand/post at the rooftop of hangers/bldgs compete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) GI socket & PCC/ brick masonry block for fixing GI pipe post shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A'. (ii) GI pipe 0.6 mtr will be in a single length & no joint will be allowed.

M & L in repair for providing test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mmx75 mm x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling & taking up or down existing unserviceable aluminium air termination rod, 12mm dia, 1200mm / 300 mm long with existing aluminium block from vertical pipe supports of any description complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing aluminium Air termination rod single pointed at top and properly threaded at bottom end, 12mm dia and 1200 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for PCC 1:2:4 for block, type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate for block size 150 mm x 100mm X 150mm, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with and including necessary form work and all exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removal of old broken unserviceable PCC block at site complete all as specified & directed. Note : An epoxy insulator shall be fixed on the PCC block with the help of rawal plug & screw to support and fixing the down conductors / earth strips.

M &L in repair for PCC 1:2:4 for & around lightening conductor pipe on roof of building, type B-I using 20mm graded stone aggregateof size 350mm x 350mm X 350mm, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, with and including necessary form work and all exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including removal of old broken unserviceable PCC / block at site complete all as specified & directed. Note : contractor is responsible to arrange his own T&P for carrying the PCC material on roof of any building .

M & L in repair for earth pit of internal size 300mmx300mmx300mm with wall thickness 100mm casting at site with and including PCC base 500X 500X100mm made of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40mm thick RCC cover of (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), rainforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle etc.including removal of old broken unserviceable earth pit from site complete all as specified & directed.

M & L in repair for earth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick, cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine-made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n, etc 15cm long and dia of 11 to 15mm complete all as directed.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring for one light point or one socket point controlled by one switch with using 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including stove enameled black, rigid steel conduits of size not less than 20 mm dia (Medium grade) fixed on surface of walls/ceilings any height ( 4m to 16m )as directed with all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core FRLSH, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly / fittings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Old junction boxes retrieved in serviceable conditions shall be re-used in the work. However, additional junction boxes, if any required, for making new point wiring other than the quantity of junction boxes retrieved from taking down of point wiring, shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘’supply only’’ under appropriate item of Schedule `A' but fixing element of any type of junction boxes new or old is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for the above item. (ii) Wiring shall be terminated and connected to the relevant switch / controlling switch gear and relevant fittings / sockets all as directed and controlling switch / fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flame proof push button 10 Amps in LM 6 metal enclosures, confirming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 2 pole + earth suitable for 250 volts supply and current rating of 16 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of flame proof, switch socket & plug combined made of aluminum alloy LM-6 having 2 pole + earth suitable for 250 volts supply and current rating of 25/32 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring in repair concealed using Four single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, stranded copper conductor cable any height ( 4m to 16m ) of size 4 Sqmm for sub main wiring, along with one run of 4Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH, Stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity conductor in steeel conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply, Installed, Testing, and Commissioning CPRI approved 3.150mm thick cubical type LT Panel Wall door type for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz AC supply with Aluminum bus bar 200 Amp duly color coded, for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators color coded with heat shrinkable sleeve having short circuit current withstand minimum 21 KA for one-second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable, factory-made fabricated with CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust weather and vermin proof for outer shell and 3.15 mm thick.For the inner shell having TPN copper bus bar rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, bottom base channel MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, the entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, the solid connection from main bus bar to switch gears with the required size of copper wiring with minimum 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, general construction conforming to IS-8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with following detailed specification & control complete with suitable fixing accessories at Logistic Flying clothing.

The panel board shall be fabricated from the reputed CPRI-approved firm and shall be suitable to accommodate the following complete all as specified and directed:- OUTER SHELL:- The outer shell shall be made of a 3.15 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armored cable of adequate size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequate to accommodate the inner shell described below fidging 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell along with its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing the outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal-coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self-adhesive vinly danger notice plate having a conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be providid. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

INNER SHELL:- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accommodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour-coated heat, and a shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on a suitable size 'F' class throughout the length of the TPN bus bar.
