Name of Work: Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for High Temperature Gel Permeation Chromatograph at IOCL R and D Centre Notes :.1. The service tax, as applicable(@15% on 70% of SI No :1) , shall be paid extra at prevailing rates to the contractor by the owner on production of receipt and the bidder must quote their rates exclusive of the same. The responsibility of deposition of service tax shall be on the contractor/party. 2.CST @14.5% on 30% of baisc value shall be paid extra. 2.Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid
