Repair works to the damaged ceiling and allied civil works and replacing the damaged rolling shutters interior & exterior colour washing to the Fuel Oil Pump House of NCTPS-I.
Dismantling of existing Damaged / wornout Rolling shutters including all labour, lead, lift and disposing the debris away from the site, etc., complete.
Dismantling of existing damaged / wornout door shutters ventilators including all labour, lead, lift and disposing the debris way from the site etc., complete.
Chipping the existing damaged plastered surface including cost of labour lead, lift, curing, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
Brick work in CM 1:5 using fly ash bricks including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.
Providing epoxy resin concrete bonding agent with Nito bond EP or equivalent to the concrete surface including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.
Patch plastering in CM 1:3, 20 mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, cuing, etc., complete as directed by the dept Engineer at site
Providing and fixing of pull and push type Grill link Rolling shutters making with 150mmx100mm grill links with necessary locks and manual operating shutter fix with 3mm MS guide channel including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour for fabrication and fixing charges, etc., complete as directed by the dept Engineer at site.
Providing and fixing of aluminum door partly glazed and partly paneled with 8/9 mm thick boards (Novapan or equivalent) and 5.5mm thick plain float glass (Modi, saint gobin or equivalent) using both side prelaminated aluminium, box section 47.62x44.45x1.82mm for verticals/ horizontals and bottom using 101.6x44.45x2.5mm including the cost of all materials etc., complete.
Supplying and fixing of M.S. grill collapsible gate for using frame M.S flat 25x5mm and inner 20x5mm in correct position including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete
Painting two coats with oil bound Distemper of first class quality paint and approved colour including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc, complete and including plaster of paris, putty wherever required.
Colour washing two coats with exterior plastic emulsion and one coat of primer with white cement over the exterior wall surface including through scrapping, cost of all materials, scaffolding labour, lead, lift, cutting water charges etc., complete.
Painting iron work with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of iron primer to the new iron, complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer at the site.
