Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not less than 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joints for 150 mm bore cast iron spigot and socketed pipes and fittings including jointing material i.e lead & spun yarn in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joints for 100 mm bore cast iron spigot and socketed pipes and fittings including jointing material i.e lead & spun yarn in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Run lead joints for 80 mm bore cast iron spigot and socketed pipes and fittings including jointing material i.e lead & spun yarn in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Earth work will be measured and paid seperately for fixing of "D" joint in unserviceable/broken line.

Material and labour for cutting of road ,cutting chases pining in making good to facing where required to edges of landing road,hard standing,etc,and cutting chases for concealed water tubing making good exc 20 cm but not exc 60 cm width and digging of excavation40 cm but not exc 1m depth in bituminous road /concrete surface and making good as existing surface by using 0.63 mm hard core as required including premixed high performance cold mix patching material ideal for instant as require high quality repairs to bituminous as well as concrete surface all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Taking up old unserviceable Air release valves and M&L for Air release valve with two air out lets confirming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing in DI/GI/CI water supply mains of size 50mm to 150 mm dia with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only cast iron non return valve of size 80 mm bore both end flanged, long body, class PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846-2000 (ISI marked) with iron wheel and stainless steel spindle and fly nut, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc, fixed in replacement of existing unserviceable sluice valve, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Cast iron non return valve of size 80mm bore shall be issued under Schedule 'B' store.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions arches pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with subclass B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of MS/CI pipes such as rising main, distribution mains, washout and over flow pipes,MS covers of valve pit and canal drains and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, as per colour code given by the deptt , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The rates includes for writing and marking description of pipes with white enamel paint)

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfacef MS/CI pipes such as rising main, distribution mains, washout and over flow pipes,MS covers of valve pit and canal drains and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, as per colour code given by the deptt , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- The rates includes for writing and marking description of pipes with white enamel paint)

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rate shall be included in quoted rate.

Dismantiling of pavers blocks/tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc.laid dry or laid dry or pointed complete all as directed

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick river sand layer spread uniformly over sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only retrived machine pressed precast concrete inter locking tiles/paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment including filling the joints upto full depth with fine sand complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in charge.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No16 of tender documents.
