M & L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n.exc 100mm deep in area n.exc 400 sqm including surface rolling and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Granite, trap or Basalt 10cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Preparing of WBM top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous tack coat with bitumen VG 10 with catonic bitumen emulsion pressure sprayer @ 10 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Preparing of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous tack coat with bitumen VG 10 with catonic bitumen emulsion pressure sprayer @ 5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L premix bituminous, macadam (Concoliated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using mechanical paver complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 45,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to be applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M & L for marking 2.0 mm thick center line stop line, side line etc on roads as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and mixed with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 60 degree centigrade with special applicator machine with and including traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specifed and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over sand cusioning complete all as specifed and directed.. (Sand to be measured separately).

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregare) as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges for proper matching with existing surface, complete all as specifed and directed.

Removal of road excavated/scarifying material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as specifed and directed.
