Work

Clearing jungle including up rooting of trunk vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm. Measured at a height of 1 meter above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m. outside the periphery of area cleared as per SI.No. 2.31

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil as per SI.No. 2.8.1

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. as per SI no 2.27

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for PRE-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenche basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor along the external per meter of binding expension joints surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. Complete (Plinth area of building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 part II 1981). Aldrine emulsificable concentrate of any other approved material such as Hepthachlor or Chlordance will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows: I. Treatment for masonry and foundation 5 liters/sqm., II. Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm., III. Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm., IV. Treatment juction of soil along external per meter building 7.50 liters/sqm., V. Treatment of soil under apron along external perimeter 5 liters/sqm. as per PWD Deoria SOR, Page no. 17, New Item SI.No. 1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per SI no. 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per SI No- 6.1.1

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per SI No- 6.1.2

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.:All works upto plinth level. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum. DSR-5.33.1.1 (Footing)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: All works above Plinth Lvl.
