Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry sand of approved quality for cushioning of UG cable laid in trenches 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying & streching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be Measured and Paid for).

M & L brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole with suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core (heavy duty), aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. including cable glands & lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1KV grade for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core PVC/XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70-150 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Raychem/3M/M-Seal

M&L for providing hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited,spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations,filling and mass concrete Type C2 1:3:6, 40 mm graded aggregate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate 100 mm thick as in sub base of floors all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Electrical Resistance Anti Static Tiles of size 600x600 of colour Blue Dk/L having Dimension & Surface quality as per IS 13630 Part 1, minimum Surface electrical resistance should be 10^3 ohm/square to 10^6 ohm/square (for Conductive) and 10^6 ohm/square to 10^9 ohm/square (for Dissipative) , breaking capacity greater than 38 N/m^2 with 9 mm thick polished vitrified tiles ,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqmm in floor set and jointed in net cement slurry@ 3 kg per sqmm and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and incl 20 mm screed beding CM(1:6) complete all as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to 20×3mm copper strip as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanized iron as steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed. (copper strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item). .

S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw.

M&L for Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors/ burried in ground along the periphery of the each tiles for elctrostatic grounting and down conductors above ground
