Taking down existing roof treatment complete including PCC and properly clean the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for screed plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof surface complete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregates ) average as in RCC roof surface to horizantal surface etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and applying fibre reinforced UV resistant elastmeric liquid applied water proofing & heat reflective coating with acrylic polymers and polyster and the coating shall resist 7 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 standard , with elongation of 220% as per ASTM D412 & crack bridging of up to 1 mm & with high SRI Value conforming to ASNZ standard. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engr-In-Charge

Dismantling existing terrazo dado /flooring or tilles in bath .WC and kitchen etc. Complete all as directed.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches pillars etc

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls incl.raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.50 sqm each but with shutter (w/o taking of shutter from the frame )

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc. 1.50 sqm each but n exc 4 sqm with shutter (w/o taking of shutter from the frame )

Taking down old rusted and demaged steel window/vent incl. guard bar and grill where exist of size not excl 1.5 sqm each and all as specified

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles 600mmX 600mm X10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc. 0.36 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor laid over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6.

All as per item above but on vertical surface over 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 300 x 300 x 7mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M and L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300X450mmX7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor as on vertical surfaces laid over 10mm thick cement screed in 1:4 complete all as directed.
