Carriage of oil tanker 20 KL including loading, unloading & carriage any other sub-station to 132 KV Sub Station Kanker Khera-II distance upto 100 Km.
Opening of jumpers of transformer HV/LV side, removal of earthing strip at 132 KV Sub Station Kanker Khera-II.
Complete drain out of Transformer oil by the help of centrifuging machine from the existing 40MVA Transformer into empty oil drums/oil tanker. (Centrifuging machine with operator to be provided by the contractor).
Dismantling of 40MVA T/F Y-Phase LV bushing and Neutral bushing of HV side, opening of two number inspection plate for replacement of OLTC top & bottom gaskets at 132 KV Sub Station Kanker Khera-II. (Hydra with operator to be provided by the contractor).
Replacement of gaskets like Y-Phase LV bushing and Neutral bushing of HV side, two number inspection plate, OLTC top & bottom proving and fixing of new gaskets as per existing size made of rubberized cork sheet Kotika/Turboze/Nu cork brand grade 07.
Cleaning of Core and winding by the hot Transformer oil and removed the slug from bottom.
Creating the Vacuum inside the main tank for period for 12 Hrs. and filling of centrifuging oil step up to core & winding conservator tank radiator.
Erection of 40MVA Transformer Y-Phase LV bushing and Neutral bushing of HV side and fixing two number inspection plate, OLTC and all other associates work for complete of work. (Hydra with operator to be provided by the contractor).
Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in oil tanker by connecting centrifuging pipe circulating the Transformer oil through centrifuging machine and taking the BDV value of the periodically till the required value is achieved of T/F oil approx.. -15 KL. (Centrifuging machine with operator to be provided by the contractor).
Filling of centrifuged Transformer oil from oil tanker to Transformer main tank top up in conservator tank upto required level and taking the IR/BDV value oil T/F oil at an interval of 6 hrs. as per norms of T/F manufacturer. After achieving the desired value, and releasing the air and ready for energize of Transformer. (Centrifuging machine with operator to be provided by the contractor).
