Repair and renovation of SDM Residence at Tangdar.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required,0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2 ( High Ribbed Sheets) shape as per existing roof

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

centring and shuttering including Strutting, Propping etc and removal of form work for foundation footing basis of columns

providing and fixing of 12 mm thick ply board on false ceilings and Chajja with required framework of 50mmx50mm thick ,600 mm c/c both ways of KD

providing wood work in making platform for to fix the ply wood over ceiling frames wrought frame and fixed in position using KD wood size ( 65x75) mm @ 2 feed C/C

Providing Lighting P/F of light point which shall incl. Wiring for lighting points in 1.5Sq mm PVC insulated Copper wire & 2.5Sq mm PVC insulated multi-strand Copper wire for lighting Sub –mains, 6 Amp one way switch , 2mm thick PVC conduit/Channel with bends , Junction boxes etc, 6Amp S pole MCB,10 Amp DP MCB , 2 way DB for Housing MCB and Hylem Sheet with wooden box recessed in walls with accessories complete job .

P/F of fan point which shall include wiring for fan points in 2.5 sqm mm PVC insulated multi standard copper wire and 4 sqm mm PVC insulated multi standard copper wire for heating submain 16 amp switch socket combined 2 mm thick PVC conduit with bends junction boxes etc 10 Amp S pole MCB 2 way DB for housing MCB and hylen sheets recessed in walls with accessories complete job.

Providing and fixing 3 layer PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes conforming to IS: 15801, UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings. This includes testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.Internal work-exposed on wall with clamps at 1.00 meter spacing PN-16 pipe , 20mm OD(SDR-7.4)

12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

P/F 30 mm thick glazed shutter for windows and clerestory windows using 10 kg/sqm (4 mm thick) Glass panes including black enamelled ISI marked hinges with necessary screws Imported wood (KD)
