M & L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of fair finished new unplastered concrete surface complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm etc complete all as specified.

Back filling of retaining walls using approved earth obtained from excavation

Removing excavated soil to a dist n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above starting point

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and avg of 15 cm in soft loose soil

M & L for 100 mm thick hard core with broken stone of gauge nexc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers nexc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using graded stone aggregate) as in sub Base.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 as in base for laying chequered tiles.

M & L chequered cement concrete tiles with white cement and pigments of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick set and jointed in neat cement to match as in foot path etc.

Removing excavated soil to a dist n exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M ht.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks etc 10 cm in width and setting in mortal complete set in CM 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate)

(E/M Portion) :- Dismantling of PCC foundation/Coping from pole not exc 1.65 mtr below ground level for removing of pole and removing debris out side MD land.

Dismantling of PCC pole/struts of any size with street light fittings from various location and transporting to store and staking all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, errect and fixing precast RCC Pole, M-30 design mix 9m long of cross section 350 mm x 250 mm at bottom and 150 mm x 125 mm at top including reinforcement with high strength deformed steel TMT bars and necessary form work and erecting in position as specified/shown on drawing and as directed. Notes:- (a) RCC pole 9 meter long shall be provided all as shown on TD drawing No TD-401 Sheet No 1/1 dt 11 Sep 2006. (b) The rate quoted deemed to include the following provision also :- (i) Excavation in any type of soil RFR, removal surplus soil to a distance of 50 meter (ii) PCC foundation (1:4:8)n type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate (iii) PCC in coping (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate. (iv) Finish coping surfaces with 2 coats of CBP over a coat of primer.

Supply and lay in trenches/on pole cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electrical power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 6 Sqmm 2 Core including cable glands, lugs etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable etc and getting out in Soft loose soil.

Returning, filling in, Including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for fine dry river sand for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches incl spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified. Note : Sand after punning down will be measured.

S & L un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class LV, Type I flat size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm.

S & F GI sheet tubing light grade 25 mm dia for laying in ground, along the pole in coping, road crossing etc for cable protection including necessary fittings, clamps for supports etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of FRP looping box of size 140 mm x 140mm x 95mm with heavy duty four pole connector with clamps, MCB 6 Ams and making connections as per specified and directed.

S & F LED 45 Watt Street light fittings complete in Poles and including drivers, pressure die cast aluminium housing, prewired complete, The fittings shall confirm to Cat No LSTS 45 CDL-M of Crompton or equivalent from Philips/Havells/Bajaj

S & F bracket made out of GI Street tubing medium graded 40 mm dia and length upto 1.5 mtr bend to shape of offset angle upto 45 degree for fixing of security/street light fittings including MS clamps made of 32 mm x 5mm flat iron, nuts, bolts etc and taking down of old bracket all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay 3 core 1.5 Sqmm size multistranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed 650 / 1100 volt Grade as per IS 694 with and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit with necessary saddle, clamps, nuts and bolts al for interconnection of cable lopping box to street light fittings.
