Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying/repair of water Pipe.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron in trenches/floor, Spigot/socket ends Class “K-7” ,150 mm (6”) dia.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron in trenches/floor, Spigot/socket ends,Class “K-7” ,100 mm (4”) dia.

M & L for DI fittings such as bends(any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch, Collars, caps and plugs suitable for S/S or flanged DI pipes of any dia dia as required at the time of execution complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rubber gasket suitable for S/S DI pipe 150 mm

Taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve and S & F new cast iron sluice valve 80mm dia with s/s spindle complete assembly, class PN 1.0, ISI marked including providing rubber joints suitable for flanged pipes complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for repairs to sluice valves in position installed at various locations, taking out upper portion of valve, replacement of U/S Stainless steel spindle with check nut, cleaning and grinding the valve gate and assembling the valves including replacing the worn out nuts & bolts, rubber gasket, gland packing and servicing complete for 150mm bore size.

Finally washing with fresh water on walls, bottom surface etc applying two coats of white wash inside and outside as existing colour wash and writing letters( font Size 6 CM,Stencil type) on the wall i.e. capacity of tank, Date of cleaning, Due date for next cleaning, etc with synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed.

Repairing of valve chamber including rusted MS cover complete without disturbing pipe line and Valve including necessary earth work including necessary earth work excavation, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including provision of mild steel cover 3mm thick on 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame work with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and locking arrangements complete of the Internal size 1800 mm x 1200 mm all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .

All as item No 59 But of internal size 900 mm x 900 mm.

S&F in replacement of Underground Sump tank cover /lid with locking arrangemernt made out of MS Sheet of size 5 mm thick and frame of MS flat iron including welding,preparing surface with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and locking arrangements complete of the size not more than 800 mm x 800 mm including embedding botton portion of in PCC Bed 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge .Note : Taking down old tank cover and making good of the affected area shall be included above quoted rate .

M&L for arresting of water leakage from existing pipe line in position from GI pipe of 40/50/80 mm dia sizes ,including excavation through Men/Mechnical power ,cutting threading,welding as per site requirement, incl jointing material such as GI ( Bend,socket,reducer,tee,furrel, union ,solution,thred etc) and refilling etc complete.All as specifide and directed by Engineer- In- Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation up to 1x1x6 Mtr will be deem to incl in quoted rate. More excavation will be measured and paid saperately. (ii) Pipe length will be measured and paid saperately.

Same as per item 62 but for size 15 to 25 mm Bore.

Taking down defective Non clog submersible pumpset 1 hp,8.5 M3/Hr capacity,Head 12mWC, 3 phase, 440 volts from the Equalization tank and lowering the same after repair/ replacement of defective spare parts i.e. staging bushes, shaft stainless steel, thrust bearing, water seal, stainer, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective Recirculation Monobloc pumpset, 0.37 KW,5 M3/Hr capacity,Head 8 Meter , 3 phase, 440 volt and lowering the same after repair/ replacement of defective spare parts i.e. staging bushes, shaft stainless steel, thrust bearing, water seal, stainer, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective Filter feed Monobloc pumpset, 1.5 KW, 9 M3/Hr capacity,Head 26 Meter , 3 phase, 440 volt and lowering the same after repair/ replacement of defective spare parts i.e. staging bushes, shaft stainless steel, thrust bearing, water seal, stainer, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective Air blower , Twin lobe,Roots Type, 7.5 KW,240 M3/Hr capacity , 3 phase, 440 volt and lowering the same after repair/ replacement of defective spare parts complete all as specified and directed.
