Taking down the defective motor of Sewage centrifugal pump set /Air blower of any make 415 volt 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed by decoupling with pump transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing and re-assembling the motor completly with all connections and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump and necessary alignment etc with two coat enameled paint including scraping complete as directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity :- Note : (i) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor through schedule of credit, (ii) Bearing shall be measured and paid separatly, (iii) Spares shall be measured and paid separatly under relavent items

Repair/overhauling and testing of Sewage centrifugal pump sets by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland neck ring gland rope, nut and bolts, pump bushing, coupling, rubber coupling etc. assembling back the complete pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with motor and necessary alignment etc painting with of synthetic two coat enamel paint including scraping complete and writing MES/SM No, testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity :- . Note : (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separatly under relavent items, (ii) Painting and writting is deemed included in item rate quoted. Maintenance schedule :- (i) Checking for looseness of all the foundation and coupling nuts/bolts and rectification. (ii) Checking for proper functioning of all the voltmeter, Ammeter, starter, contactor etc and rectification. (iii) Checking for proper functioning of suction and discharge pressure gauges and rectification. (iv) Checking of leakage in gland packing, shifting base, bushes sluice valves, gate valves etc and rectification. (v) Checking for any undue noise of motor pump and rectification. (vi) Checking for proper aligment and rectification.

Notes: (a) The contractor shall carry out normal maintenance of the sewage system and cost thereof shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rate. However extensive repair where involved shall be intimated to the contractor seperately and repairs thereof shall be undertaken against this contract. (b) T&P as required for the work shall be organised by the contractor under their own arrangement. (c) For any default/delay in the work, penal recovery shall be effected from payments due to the contractor in terms of PS clause. (d) Labour/workmen engaged by the contractor shall take all requisite preventive safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and the department shall not be responsible any eventualities in this regard.

M&L for removal of solid sludge from cake formation machine on weekly basis by deploying two labours and depositing the sludge at a location specified by Engr-in-charge (a) T&P as required for the work shall be organised by the contractor under their own arrangement. (b) For any default/delay in the work, penal recovery shall be effected from payments due to the contractor in terms of PS clause. (c) Labour/workmen engaged by the contractor shall take all requisite preventive safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and the department shall not be responsible any eventualities in this regard.

Repair/replacement of old unsv Air Grid system of FMR tank by replacing the existing grid with new one. new grid should be same as existing grid comprising of PVC pipe of dia 90mm PN 16 ISI marked of total length not less than 18m and making grid by using TEE, end cap, flanges of specification 90mm working pressure 6 kgf/cm2. PVC pipes of grid should be perforated for blowing of air and should covered with synthetic rubber sleeve cover including clamp complete all as directed, Note : Material and labour, T&P and transport shall be included in the quoted rate.
