SPECIAL REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING ALUMINIUM WIRING TO COPPER WIRING OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS AND EXISTING LIGHTS TO CONVERT LED LIGHTING SYSTEM IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AFS YELAHANKA

Taking down the unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan,socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, sockets, switch sockets combination, ceiling roses, pendent regulators, bell bush, calling bell etc and making good distrubed surfaces of walls and floors etc.

Taking down existing old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core PVC insulated heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia or PVC Casing caping and conduit/casing caping accessories fixed to wall/floors/ceiling etc and provision of PVC Insulated heavy duty ISI marked unsheathed copper conductor,1.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including suitable size of sheet metal box 1.6mm thick fixed and flushed inside the walls, with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for housing the switches, socket outlests, fan regulators including fixing PVC round block 8 cm dia and 4 cm in depth etc., for the following.

One light point controlled by one 5 Amps switch

One ceiling fan/Exhaust fan controlled by one 5 Amps switch

One socket 5 amp on independant board.

One socket 5 amp on Same Board with other switches.

One Bell Point controlled by one Bell Push

All as per item No 3 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable including earth continuty conductor with 2.5 sqmm FRLS copper cable for one 6 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board controlled by 15 Amps switch.

Supply and fix switch piano 5 Amps flush type one way.

Supply and fix socket outlet 3 pin 5 Amps flush type

Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 Amps flush type.

Supply and fix switch socket combination 6/16 Amps 5 in 1 type.

S&F ceiling rose, three terminal, PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body, ISI marked complete.

Supply and fix Modular Bell push 6A 1 module type, 230 volts, ISI marked complete.

Supply and fix Bell ding dong AC 230 V complete.

Supply and fix fan speed regulator, electronic step type, suitable for single phase AC, 240 volts, 50 Hz, 100 watts all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Meter panel board made out of 14 SWG (2.0 mm) CRCA sheet powder coating for load bearing member & non load bearing member with aluminium busbar with colour coded heat shrinkable PVC sleeve and support with current density 1/Sqmm, including all internal wiring will be done with PVC insulated copper of suitable size, space for single phase energy meter 5 Nos, including MCBs four pole 63 Amp - 01 No as incomer and MCBs SPN 40 Amp-05 Nos as outgoings including taking old unserviceable meter board with connected items all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cable termination to incomer four pole MCB should be done with suitable size lugs and glands.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core cable with copper stranded conductor drawn through and including suitable dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 4 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (1) 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. Three run of 4 Sq mm cable and PVC conduct is measured as one Run or one Meter. (2) Taking down of existing u/s sub-main wiring shall be measured and paid seperately under Item No.2 of this schedule;

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED lights fitting 20 Watt, 220V, 4 feet long, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED, Tube light fitting 12 Watt, 2 feet long, 6500K self blasted LED batten, extruded thermoplastic body with PC diffuser in square shape CRI>80, beam angle 120 degree, surface mounted high and two round block for mounting tubelight fittings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Polycab Cat No: LD00103028 or Equivalent from list of makes in PS.

S&F in repair LED light fitting 10 Watt Bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair building security light LED street light fitting 35/45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP-66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
