Providing and fixing wood work of superior hard wood (Cat-II) in frames of doors, windows clerestrory windows and other wrought frames and fixed in position, including cost of timber, all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing and fixing pannelled or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clestory windows including black enammeled aluminium butt hinge 10cm. with necessary scews, excluding panneling which will be paid separately, including cost of timber, transportation charges to work site all labour charges, minor tools, GST & labour welfare cess etc., complete. 40mm Thick SHW

Providing and fixing pannelling or pannelling and plywood in pannelled or pannellledand plywood shutter dooors, windowns and clestory windows (Area of opening for pannel inserts excluding portions inside grooves or rebates to b e measured) includiing cost of timber, transportation charges to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST and labour welfare cess etc. complete. Fixing of Glass pan 5mm thick and of any sizes with wooden beading of size 1cmx1cm including cost of all materials, transportation charges of all materials from Port Blair to Hope Town all labour charges and minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Sliding Door Bolt 300 x 16 mm Aluminum ISI marked anodized (AC10 as per IS 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete including cost of all materials screws and nuts, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing and laying CC 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 Pulvarised Stone sand and 6 stone chips of 20 mm size) in all CC works per the direction of Enginer in cgarges incuding, but including cost of crushed stone sand and stone chips of 20 mm graded size, screening and washing of both the aggregates mixing of concrete & placing in position, compacting with vibrator, curing, transportation charges of all materials to works site hire dharges of mixer machine and vibrator all labour charges, cost of minor tools and plants etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 12 mm thick in 1:4 (one cement, four mainland sand) cement mortar as directed by the Engineer In Charge, Including cost of cement, cost of main land sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials in work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. Complete.

Providing and laying CC M20 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size stone aggregate (one cement one and half pulverised stone sand, and three stone chips of size 20mm graded) in all CC works as directed by the Engineer In Charge, including cost of cement, cost of pulverised stone chips and sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator during all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Supply of Unskilled labour for washing and cleaning office toilet at Hope town ALHW office and for attending other misc works at Hope Town colony area including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Supply of labour for attending Carpentary works, stacking of departmental materials, shifting of materials, greasing of old shutter, cleaning & maintenance of store & Sweeping of office premises surroundings etc at Hope town colony area including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Removing and disposal of night soil from septic tank of inclding disposal of the same within a lead of 500 mtr. As per the direction of EIC Including cost of all labour charges and minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Dismantling of cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of all dismantled materials as dicrected by EIC, including cost of all labour charges and minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Providing CC surface drain 15 x 15 cm with CC 1:4:8 (one cement, four mainland river sand and eight stone metal 40 cm size) for main building and servant room and leaf to main drain etc. and finished with cement plaster 1:4 as directed by the EIC, excluding cost of cement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of mainland river sand sand, stone metal, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing of concrete, conveying and placing the same, consolidation and curing, cost of all other materials, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges and cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Making plinth protection 75 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement, 3 mainland river sand .6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) including finishing the top smoth & fisshed with neat cement @ 9.76 kgs per 10.00 Sqm including cost of all materials all labour charges minor tools etc. complete.

Cleaning the inspection chamber including removal of the manhole cover slab and re-placing the same after cleaning the chamber including cost of all labour charges minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.

Conveying of dismantling asphalt /debries/ earth/ rubbish materials by truck and dumping the same within a lead of 14 KM as directed by EIC including cost of all materials charges, hire charges of truck including POL and operator, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc. complete.
