REPAIR/MAINT OF SUMMER AND COOLING APPLIANCES AT DGQA AREA AND ALLIED AREA OF ASC SUPPLY DEPOT OF OTM/MD ACCN UNDER GE (I) KANPUR

Repair, maint and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall fan, desert cooler, geyser, water cooler, refrigrator, ACs etc. including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 0.75 to 4 Sqmm twin/three core and length not exceding 1 mtrs and all types of screws, nuts, bolts & washers as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced & paid under respective items of this Sch. (ii) Contractor/ superviser of contractor will collect complaint slip on daily morning from MES complaint cell and deposit the same after rectify on next day morning (iii) Complaint slip book, registers as per sample will be provided by the contractor

Disconnecting electrically taking down existing ceilling / exhaust fan any type and capacity with due care, dismanting blades and handing over to user for repairing from MES with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Assembling the fan any type with blades at site and hanging on ceilling /wall refixing after getting repaired from user complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of AC ceiling fan 230 volts any make /type/size for carrying out repair/greasing / oiling, re-assembling, replacing rubber reel, fixing clamp, bolts and nuts with lock pins and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Repairs will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

S&F fan capacitor AC 440 volts 4 mfd 50HZ complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but 3.15 mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan regulator electronic ,step type hum free suitable to control speed of fan from 0 to 100% and connecting electrically complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of exhaust fan/air circulator/table fan/Pedestal/wall fan any size / make / sweep for carry out repair/greasing, oiling work, re-assembling, replacing rubber reel, fixing clamp, bolts and nuts with lock pins and testing after carrying out the repair complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of exhaust fan/ air circulator fan/ table fan/pedestal/wall mounted fan motor any size, from 225 to 450 mm sweep with supper enamelled copper wire as required including necessary cutting of old burnt winding wire, cleaning of slots, greasing and provision of necessary threading/sleeve work and taking out connection in lead with PVC copper wire of appropriate size upto connector block complete all as specified and directed.
