S&F in repairs fabricated lock plate of riveted construction made of mild steel sheet of not less than 3.15 mm thickness, reinforced with mild steel angle section of size 35x35x5mm size at the bottom, interlocked with bottom most lath section of curtain so as to provide contact against the cill, when closed, fitted with sliding bolts with arrangement for locking with pad locks, one handle for widths upto 2.5m, and two handles for widths of above 2.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm width or girth by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots of roof /CGI Sheets, steel gates, steel doors, steel rolling shutters, steel eves boards etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including scaffolding up to 15m height, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 1.25mm thick of laths of steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, push pull or manual type, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc. 1.5 Sqm and credited to the contractor, complete all as specified and directed Note: The damaged portion of the tiles / rendering shall be made good with the same material to match with the adjacent surface.

( Upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. Flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete and including supply and fixing 12mm thick perforated particle board for insulation and accoustics purposes , 60 cmx 60 cm size as per manufacturers instructions and jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges other board any other joints with recommended jointing compound over jointing tapes including taking down existing ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point ,socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches , ceiling roses, pendants , regulators , sockets , light fitting etc. removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit( credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.
