Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles ®

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping(whether full thicknessremoved or only a part thereof) complete including removal outside of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved onplan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement motar 1:6

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement motor 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment in roof as under :- (i) Wire brushing & cleaning top surface after removal of mud pushka (ii) 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.2 ltr per bag of cement when concrete is green as manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured seperatley) (iii) One coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.5Kg/Sqm will be applied over the prepared surface. (iv) Hot blown grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.2kg/sqm will be applied over primer. (v) A layer of APP based Polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick (min) & weighing not less than 3kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven mat 160GSM thick : membrane to be laid by torch application with side over lap of 75 mm & end lap of 100 mm : Joints / overlap to be sealed with torch application. (vi) A layer of semi hot blown grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.2kg/sqm over APP membrane. (vii) Binding material such as sand in dry condition @ 0.5 kg/sqm shall be dusted over the bitumen. (viii) Ponding test to be done befor laying of brick tiles

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (Make : Fosroc Conplast/Nitoband SBR / Dr Fixit LW+)

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid, and joints grouted flush and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of curde oil by weight of cement complete

All as per item here in above but except brick tiles.

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
