Note:- For All Items of This BOQ:- Work has to be executed for External Electrification work, Electric shut will require to execute certain items of this Schedule, Contractor is require to intimate Engineer-in-Charge at least 7 days in advance whenever shut down is require, Engineer-in-Charge will intimate to contractor four days in advance from the date of shut down provided by them. Contractor will manage manpower / tools / plant etc accordingly. No compensation etc will be paid by department in case shut down not provided by the department due to any reason. In case of any dispute Decision of Accepting officer shall be final binding & conclusive

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation poles, stays, laying of cables etc for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, peir holes, etc or not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick, using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT under ground cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core from trenches / Pipes including taking out bricks cover, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable Bricks obtained shall be cleaned and stacked properly for reuse

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable thickness as specified in SSR to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: for measurement purpose punned thickness of sand will be consider.

M&L for cutting of existing road surfaces up 100 mm deep & 300 mm wide and making good disturbed portion with 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 50 mm dia bore mild steel galvanized iron tubes, 'light grade' with all fitting and laid in trenches or fixed to pole or laid in floors for protection of cable complete all as directed.

S&F in repair 80 mm dia bore mild steel galvanized iron tubes, 'light grade' with all fitting and laid in trenches or fixed to pole or laid in floors for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable LED light fitting of capacity 30 / 45 Watt from Pole / wall or any other location, any height, any situation, and replacement of electronic driver with new driver of same capacity, tightening the loose connection and made item functional, re-fixing / re-hanging the fitting in existing location or other location (as directed) and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Necessary T & P like ladder / Boom Vehicle, tools etc as required for taking down & fixing of light shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost of department.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of LT feeder pillar Box, 440 Volts, 3 phase of any size / location and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sub main wiring for connecting street light fitting from junction box with two single core, PVC insulated, (ISI marked) , unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable drawn into and including suitable size PVC conduit 20 mm dia ISI marked medium grade with all accessories and including one single core, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable as earth wire including taking down old pipe & cable complete all as directed & specified. Note: 2 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment.

Supply, installation testing & commissioning street light control box, factory made, weather and vermin proof having size 200 x 250 x 80 mm made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, comprising of MCB SP 10A, C curve 10 KA breaking capacity 01 No's, 16 Amp 230 volt rated aluminium bus bar with mounting rail fixed on porcelein insulator, making holes on strips for connecting cables and fixing of bus bar chamber on street light pole with and including MS clamp of size 25 x 5 mm including nut, bolts washers duly painted with 2 coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old box , all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for renewal of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanized steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore, galvanised iron, medium grade, and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth wire protection including all excavation earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular poles height approximately 7 to 7.5 meter above GL including cross arms and bracings and applying two coat aluminium paint and rewriting pole number with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint on 4/6 pole 11 KV HT structure

M&L for Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) Code name : Weasel conductor for HT feeders on steel tubular / PCC poles, stretching without kinks and bends including binding wire including taking down old conductor of any type shape and size, complete all as specified.

Deployment of manpower / tools etc for Restretching / re fixing the existing LT OH / Lines ACSR conductor of any type and size including disconnecting binding wire on insulator, rebinding properly to avoid tension / fitting bending of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engrr-in-Charge. Note:- Each line of conductor will be measured & paid separately.

Supply & filling Power Transformer Oil for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 50 KV at 4 mm gap confirming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for spreading of clean & dry stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 20 mm (free from organic impurities) laid around 4 / 6 pole HT structure / surrounding area of outdoor RMU, manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts, spreading & leveling of finished gravel uniformly in layers n. exc 150 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Preparation of ground level for laying of aggregate will be measured and paid separately vide BOQ item No 73

S&F in repair Anti climbing devices spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair HT Danger notice plate of size 250 mm x 200 mm x 1.6 mm thick of mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed to pole with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
