Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling (fixed at any portion but not backing) including cement mortar bedding and removing and removing rubbish off the premises (outside MD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over/ incl 15mm thick screed bed (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Glazed ceramic tiles coloured of size 450X 300X 7mm laid on vertical surface such as dado/skirting over cement mortar backing coat, set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2sqm each and refixing in the same opening after easing and adjusting.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings concealed or open on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including fixing of pipes in wall with clamps complete all as specified.

S&F as in repairs 15mm fancy type chromium plated Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve /angle valve fancy type chromium plated screwed down, high presure with butterfly handle screwed both ends for pipe and fixed to pipe of 15mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick jet black Granite slab (of any type and colour as approved by GE) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms over including bedding layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick Granite stone of any description of counters, cooking platform, windows etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base/ vertically fixed, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with screws.

S&F 18/19 mm thick Block boards, grade 2 quality, interior grade, with decorative face veneer on both side with decorative choice lamination in wardrobes, cupboards shelves, partitions etc as approved by GE fixed with screws to timber frame work including 6mm thick teak wood beading all around complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 150mm long fancy type extruded brass handles, fabricated type fixed with nut screw and washer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plastic body Magnetic catcher with iron plate to be fixed with shutters of kitchen cabinet approved pattern and shape fixed with screws on wooden/ plywood surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm stainless steel butt hinges medium weight fixed with Stainless Steel Screws

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces in patches, surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat primer on 3 mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparing old plastered / decorated surface of ceiling including putty filling etc by brooming down and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying Two coats of oil emuslion distemper, all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition sepertately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. (Note: Serviceable tube lights etc shall be kept under safe custody and refixed as directed.)
