Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets etc to be measured seperately) and making good disturbed surface of wall, floors etc all as specified and directed.

Point wiring complete with 1.50 sqmm single core PVC FRLS insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade copper conductor single core multi stranded drawn through with and including PVC casing & caping/PVC conduit on walls, suface on ceiling etc., with suitable clamps/ shaddles, including provision of 1.6 mm thick MS pressed steel terminal boxs concelled/surface in wall with 3 mm thick hylam sheet for housing switiches, sockets, fan regulators etc., including one run of 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for continious earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for the following :-

All as per Item No 2 above for One light /fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch.

All as per Item No 2 above but for One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board

All as per Item No 2 above but for One 3/5 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board

All as per item No 2 above but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 15 Amps independent with cable 2.5 Sq mm size.

All as per item No 2 above but for one 3/5 pin socket outlet 15 Amps independent with cable 4 Sq mm size.

Supply and fix in replacement Switch piano flush type 5 Amps ,Single pole one way.

Supply and fix in replacement Switch socket flush type 2 in 1, 5 pin 5 Amps 240 V

Supply and fix in replacement Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 and 15 Amps flush type universal.

Supply and fix in replacement Fan regulator stepped type electronic flush/switch type, suitable for 1200mm /1400 mm sweep fan.

Supply and fix in replacement PVC ceiling rose two to three terminal plate and jumbo type

Supply and fix in replacement Lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings.

Supply and fix in replacement of laminated hyleum sheet 3 mm thick as per site required sie of 4''x4'' including cutting holes for fixing the switches /sockets etc and transfering all the switches/sockets including disconnecting and reconnecting into electric circuit and testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of laminated hyleum sheet 3 mm thick as per site required sie of 6''x8'' including cutting holes for fixing the switches /sockets etc and transfering all the switches/sockets including disconnecting and reconnecting into electric circuit and testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of laminated hyleum sheet 3 mm thick as per site required sie of 12"x8'' including cutting holes for fixing the switches /sockets etc and transfering all the switches/sockets including disconnecting and reconnecting into electric circuit and testing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, in replacement MCB DB SPN double door, 4 way 240 V neutral link, earth link.all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, in replacement of MCB DB SPN, double door, 8 way 240 V with 200 A rated bus bar neutral link, earth link all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for MCB DB TPN 4 way vertical type double door complete including 200A rated copper bus bar, and netral and earth link suitable with MCB TPN as incommer all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for MCB DB TPN 6 way vertical type double door complete including 200A rated copper bus bar, and netral and earth link suitable with MCB TPN as incommer all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing sub main wiring any description along with PVC conduit/ casing capping and made good the disturbed surface all as directed.

M & L for circuit/sub main wiring complete with 2 X 4 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit and accessories on surface of wall roofs etc with 1 X 4 Sqmm of PVC FRLS copper cable for earth continuity all as specified , dismantling existing circuit/ sub main wiring and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for circuit/sub main wiring complete with 2 X 6 Sqmm single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit and accessories on surface of wall roofs etc with 1 X 6 Sqmm of PVC FRLS copper cable for earth continuity all as specified , dismantling existing circuit/ sub main wiring and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed. (Note for Sl items No.29 to 30 : Two runs of cable and one run of earth continuity cable shall be measured as one unit length)

M&L GI Bracket bend to shape in cold or hot 40mm bore medium grade and 1.50 M long with suitable MS clamps and nuts bolts etc, to fixing security light fittings to Bldgs complete after taking down the unserviceable GI bracket all as directed.

Taking down carefully Existing ceiling fan/exhaust fan//Air circulator fan of any size/ Make after disconnecting the electrical connection etc.all as specified and directed

Refixing/Instal only ceiling fan any size/make replacing the spares such as carter pin Unserviceable/Rusted nut bolts,split pin rubber wheel bearing washers,bush,PVC clamps for holdings of capacitor, painting , etc.And connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.5 Sqmm three core copper conductor round cable complete all as Specified (Note:- Rewinding,spare parts such as ball bearing, capacitor,bush etc required to make the ceiling fan serviceable shall be measured paid seperately under relevent items. .The Refixing fan shall be tested after fixing the blades)

Refixing /Instal only Exhaust/aircirculator fans along with louvers any description any approval make, replacing the spares such as carter pin Unserviceable /Rusted nut bolts,split pin rubber wheel bearing washers,bush,PVC clamps for holdings of capacitor, painting etc.And connecting up with PVC insulated cable size 1.5 Sqmm three core copper conductor round cable complete all as Specified (Note:- Rewinding,spare parts such as ball bearing, capacitor,bush etc required to make the ceiling fan serviceable shall be measured paid seperately under relevent items. .The Refixing fan shall be tested after fixing the blades)

Material and labour for rewinding of fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of same gauge and weight after cutting and removeing the existing burnt/heated up windings,including cleaning of rotor and varnishing,heating and providing fresh insulating Materials for the following size of fans/circulators :- ( a ) Exhaust Fan 350 to 450mm Sweep

(b) All as per item No. 40 above , rewinding for Ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep

(c ) All as per item No. 40 above , rewinding for Air circulator fan of 450 to 600 mm sweep

Supply only ball bearing size (6201/6202/6203) suitable for ceiling fans size 1200/1400 mm Sweep

Supply only ball bearing Size (2001/2002/2003) suitable for exhaust/wall fan/pedestal fan of any size and make

Taking down old double stiff pendent 20 MM galvanised steel conduit complete .

Supply and fix in repair Double stiff pendants, comprising of galvanised steel or chromium plated brass bell mouth connectors 2 Nos. with back plate and 2×1.50 metre long parallel 20mm dia galvanised or stove enamelled screwed steel conduit with two check nuts for fixing tube light fitting and upto 1.5 metre long twin core 0.5 sq mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable all as specied and directed.
