PART -A Supply Item

Supply of factory assembled factory tested 7 TR High Precision Micro processor based air cooled AC package units having Sensible Heat Factor (SHF) of not less than 0.90 and Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of not less than 2.90 complete with upward/ downward flow, Electronically commutated motor for evaporator blower , suitable mesh in the return air path having energy efficient high technology with scroll hermetic sealed compressor working on R407C refrigerant, comprising of indoor & outdoor units with all components including supply of controls, interlocking, electrical accessories, SPP (for all three phase motors), voltage & current indications, sequential controls, communication port with suitable protocol to suit BMS compatibility but without software, air cooled condenser with fans each directly driven by motor, having a matching heat rejection duty with heat rejecting coil constructed from copper tubes with expanded aluminum fins, MCBs, safety valve, pressure release valve, data/ communication cable between units, including freight, forwarding to respective sites, un loading etc. complete as per detailed specifications attached etc as required. Note :- 1) Rate includes supply of the HPAC ( indoor & out door, control cable) with all acessories at site.Rate is to be offered without refrigerant piping which is to be quoted separately as mentioned in subsequent schedule items. 2) Make : Any valid BSNL approved make or any subsequent approval by BSNL Corporate Office till the last date of submission of tender shall be accepted. 3) The rate quoted applies equally to both Top and Bottom discharge type units. 4) The PAC units should work in sequential mode in a group of units, so as to have equal run hours per day as detailed in the specifications. Necessary sequential controllers required shall be provided by the supplier and shall form part of the tenderer’s scope.

PART-B- ITC AND MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the above 7 TR Microprocessor controlled high Precision Package AC units in item No.1 of part-A complete with condenser and all associated accessories & components, controls, providing and fixing of suitable size powder coated MS stand for the indoor unit to match with the existing false flooring arrangement/ real flooring along with minor civil works like cutting of wall, making openings in walls, floors, ceilings, making good the damages, providing necessary scaffoldings if required, vacuumization, leak detection, pressure testing with nitrogen gas, supply and charging of R407C refrigerant gas including arranging manpower, tools & plants for Acceptance & Testing (AT) activities etc. complete as per detailed specifications attached as required.

Providing and laying of seam less copper refrigerant pipes of following nominal sizes having wall thickness not less than 1.2 mm (18 SWG) for liquid line and hot gas line, leak testing and pressure testing , vaccumising, painting with red and yellow colour, fixing on existing MS tray/wall with suitable size clamps/fasteners/saddles etc. complete as per specification as required.

SSupplying and installing of following size of perforated powder coated M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders / fixing on surface of wall /floor including bolts & nuts, painting etc as required.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the 7 TR microprocessor based high precision package AC units (both indoor & outdoor units) including all accessories, components, controls, refrigerant piping etc. as per the specifications/conditions of contract details as given in relevant sections by deploying the required maintenance personnel including specialized man power and by arranging required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plant etc. to keep the AC unit & connected equipments operational up to the required standards etc. complete as required. Note:- 1) Operation of package AC unit is not included in this item. 2) The CMC will start after expiry of warranty period of one year.
