Disconnecting and dismantling safely Old existing Transformer of any capacity from its location and depositing to MES Store yard or location as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of oil cooled, copper wound step down transformer of capacity 63 KVA Pole mounted outdoor type with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 Phase 4 wire, 50 C/S oil immersed naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary side HT 11 KV and star connection on secondary LT 433 V with tappings at + 2.5 % to + 7.5 % on HV side and to be changed by hand operated off load tap changing gear including first filling of transformer oil of dielctric strength not less than 60 KV with all fittings and accessories such as LT box with gland, HT box with gland, silica gel breather ,oil level indicator gauge, drain out valve (oil tank), exhaust vent ,air release valve, temp gauge, cast iron wheel etc comply with EEL2 (Level-2) IS 1180 2014 with amendment 1,2,3 & 4 . Following items/Accessories included in this rate and no extra cost will be paid for these items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note :- (a) Transformer shall be precommisioned by SEI after installation ,before issue of completion. (b) Cost of all necessary T&P and measuring device shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (c) Predispatch inspection from factory to be done by rep of Accepting officer deemed to be included. (d) Any other item which is required for efficient functioning of transformer deemed to be included in the quoted rate. During currency of dismantling of existing transformer and commissioning of new transformer load will be shifted to trolley mounted transformer held with establishment. Shifting of trolley mounted transformer with HT/LT cable and accessories etc safely from MRS/ existing location to required location will be carried out by the contractor at his own cost

All as per srl item No 2.00 here-in-before and 2.1(a) to 2.1(r) including Note above but Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type step down transformer of 11000/ 433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 315 KVA core type copper wound, EE level-2 oil immersed, including PCC foundation ,platform as per manufacturer recommendation (one meter high from ground level) shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost, as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 2.00 here-in-before and 2.1(a) to 2.1(r) including Note above but Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type step down transformer of 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 400 KVA core type copper wound, EE level-2 oil immersed,as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 2.00 here-in-before and 2.1(a) to 2.1(r) including Note above but Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type step down transformer of 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 500 KVA core type copper wound, EE level-2 oil immersed, but PCC foundation ,plateform as per manufacturer recommendation ( one meter high from ground level) shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost, as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 2.00 here-in-before and 2.1(a) to 2.1(r) including Note above but Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Indoor type step down transformer of 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC, 3 phase 50 Hz capacity 630 KVA core type copper wound, EE level-2 oil immersed,as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11 kV of size 25 x 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 50mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade (ISI marked) protection of earthing strip fixed to pole/walls or laid in floors, road crossing ducts with all necessary fittings and fittings and fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with 600x600x6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including G.I. Strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised iron 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC M-25 (Design mix) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sq m) pit cover, CI frame, charcoal and common salt filling in alternate layers complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No 5 of SI part I of 1991. all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying of HT cable in trenches /ducts/ fixing on pole XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 95 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 11 KV (E) grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment for IS testing, commissioning complete all as specified Note:- (a) Earth work & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Necessary GI clamps made out of GI strip 32mm x 6mm as per site requirement deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material & labour Heat shrinkable outdoor type end termination cable jointing kit suitable for earthed 3 core 95 sqmm HT 11KV XLPE aluminium conductor cable incl testing and commissioning after making necessary connectios. NOTE- a. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of saddling or clamping of cable all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Being a maintenence work, work will be carried out in phases as directed by engr-in-charge after ensuring feeder wise shut down from MRS.
