Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts and the like complete all as specified

M&L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) mangers, shelves and similar articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel (TMT) bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel (TMT) bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching bed plates and the line including necessary form work and finishing all exposed surface of concrete as per clause 4.11.16.2(a) of SSR Part-I(2009) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 0.50mm thick CGI sheets fixed to wall/roofs with two corrogations side lap, fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275, all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 09 here-in-before except CGI sheet

M&L 0.50 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashings fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl Item No. 11 here-in-before except PGI sheet

M&L for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint on steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described including preparing new zinc(or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution incl washing and cleaning, etc. over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/PCC block/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and, setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as Specified.

All as per Srl Item No 18 here-in-before except precast cement concrete block.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, 75mm thick type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc complete all as specified.

M & L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd & directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C -1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in alternate bays (not exc. 2 sqm each) as in plinth protection and finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.50 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, compete all as spd & directed

M&L Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, post hole, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

S&F of mild steel work in angle iron or other stock section or core for wooden hand - rail straight portioon, drilled and countersunk for balusters, nosing of steps, including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for foof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing chain link fencing of MS GI wire mesh of size 50x 50mm of 3mm dia of GI wire including line wires any mesh size and type to any type standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n.exc 10cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

MS round bars Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A all as specified and directed.

M&L 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similarwork, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

M&L for dismantling Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding and frame work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall etc incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat cement base paint over priming with alkali resistant priming paint on new plastered surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Surface channel for drain complete including necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement complete all as specified and directed. concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.All as specified and directed.
