P/L of C.C with in 20-40mm guage stone ballast, coarse sand, cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper complete of the work all complete (S.I.No.281).

1st class Brick work in 1:4 cement and Sand mortor in foundation and plinth including supply of all mat lab.and T&P etc all complete.

12mm thick plaster in 1:4 cement & sand mortor including lab.& T&P etc all complete (S.I.No.584).

Providing and applying Birla white putty on walls up to even surface etc all complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approvved manufactiurer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour 13.41.1 New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement prime. DSR 13.41.1

R.C.C work with cement, approved coarse sand,2cm (3/4") guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and window excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.. (S.I.No.284)

Mild steel or iron work in reinforced concrete/bricks work including cutting and bending for proper completion of the work etc all complete. (S.I.No.504)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. Measured at a height of 1 metre above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of area cleared. (SI No.259)

Mild steel or iron work in purlins and rafters including drilling holes and fixing in required for proper complete of the work all complete (S.I.No. 512).
