Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 200 meters lead.

15mm Cement plaster 1: 4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) .

Applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (2 mm thick).

Finishing walls with excel exterior paint two or more coats applied 1.43 litr/10 sqm over and including printing coat of water exterior paint. Applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

P/F of 37.5 mm wooden planks of 1st class budloo wood.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (Two or more coats on new work).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

(P/F of 2 mm thick PGI soffits

(P/F of wire guaze to windows and doors galvanized M.S wireguaze with 0.63 mm dia and 1.4 mmnd aperture on both sideswith nuts bolt etc complete.

Painting on steel surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved color and shade including a coat of steel primer upto height of V floor.
