Supplying and fixing casement doors fabricated from un plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and fixing of two sides polished 20-30 mm tk. cuddapah slab as directed by the Engineer in charge for cupboard including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dadooing the walls with Joint free ceramic tiles of approved make, colour, pattern, quality and size over 10mm thick CM 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement / joint grout in all floors for Bath, toilet for a height of 2.10m as directed by the Enginer in charge including cutting chase in walls wherever required, finishing neat including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Flooring Anti-skid tiles of 305X305X6 mm size of approved quality, design & colour (Johnson or equivalent make) laid in cement mortar 1:3 -20mm thick including pointing with same coloured cement / joint grout, finishing the joints, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing floor finish with vitrified tiles of size 600x600x8mm of approved make, colour and pattern over 10mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 bedding and pointing with same coloured cement / Joint grout in all floors as directed by the Enginer in charge including cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift, curing, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of acid resistance tiles over cement mortor 1:3 20mm thick in floor and walls including pointing with colour cement with pigment, finishing the joints flush pointing the surface in Battery Room as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.

Providing Solar reflective tiles of size 305x305x7mm over PCC 1:2:4 using 6mm HBG stone chips to an average thickness of 8 cm over 12 mm thick 1:3 cement morter and pointing with cement mortar of 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and pointed with the same mortar as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, curing, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and erection of 3 HP sumersible motor multi stage of any reputed make having ISI make with Three phase (or) as approved by the Board Engineer at site to pump water to a height of 300 mts and delivery unit with foot valve v-belt arrangement including cost of all materials, labour, erection charges, 3 HP, 400/440V L&T make starter to suit the sumersible motor including the cost of all materials, labour, lead and as per the instruction of Engineer in charge at site complete in all respects.

Painting and writing the name of substation details, with emblem, etc., on the wing wall both in Engish and Tamil by the artist as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of prirmer and two coats enamel paint, labour, lead, lift, T&Ps, etc., complete.
