Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Fly Ash. brick masonry of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix (1:6) Super Structure with approved grade cement and screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
R.C.C. M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement. 12mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) for brickwork including curing etc. complete.
16mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) over brickwork including curing etc. complete.
6mm thick Cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth per 1 Sqm. including curing etc. complete.
Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptedbut no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Supplying and fixing-Fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/NCL VEKA LTD.) Casement Door-60-Series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 60mm x 55mm x 2.5mm for outer frames 102mm x 60mm x 2.5mm casement Door Sash profile and 74mm x 60mm x 2.5mm mullion profile capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 2.0 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the door sash shall be fitted with 12mm thick WPC Board of Greenply make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like clipping locking system made of aluminium 1 No. per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/deglazing at site etc. including cost and conveyance of all material, accessories, labour charges, materials and product conforming to ASTM D 638-14,EN-447-95 and other applicable codes and standards.
Providing and fixing M.S. Gate of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.
Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.
Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead. Per 1 Sqm.
Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering andwashing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges upto 5M height.
Finishing wall surfaces with Acrylic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaces to receive painting including cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc.
Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) weather seal coat exterior grade of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete.
Wall painting 2-coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work 1coats to give an even shade excluding cost of paint.
Dismantling brickwork, stone masonry in Cement mortar under 3meter height including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead.
Dismantling and removing doors, windows, and ventilaters after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead.
Providing and Fixing of S.S. boards of sizes as mentioned below along with the required letters to be approved by the Architect/ EIC. Samples have to be approved by the concerned before execution. The rate is inclusive of the S.S. board with fixing of the same along with Rates, Taxes, T&P all inclusive.
