Plain cement concrete 40mm thick average thickness as roof padding type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even over concrete surface on roof top, and finished even and smooth with 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 200 ml per bag, when the concrete is green all as per manufacturer instructions complete all specified and directed. ( Note: Water proofing compound will be paid under measured seperately)

Cleaning and preparation of newly plasteres roof surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under. (a) Applying 1st course of bituminious (oil based) primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm over the screed bed. (d) Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, (e) Applying 5th course of a one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre/Sqm on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing cement or lime plaster alongwith the existing water proofing treatment on walls and applying 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 ( mixed with liquid Water Proofing Compound, cleaning and preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying the water proofing treatment as under. Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable of size 95 sqmm x 3.5 core with glands, cable protection pipes, cable route indicator etc., complete from the trenches/fixed on wall (or) passing through pipes/in floor removing the unserviceable fault cable and carefully stacking the serviceable cable for reusing all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge

Supply & Lay in trenches fixed on wall (or) passing through pipes/in floors on wall with suitable clamp, fixing screw etc and connecting up testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated armoured LT UG electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100V grade of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 below ground level connected to GI 4mm earth wire by means of bolts, nuts check nuts washers made of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade connected upto switch board incl 20mm bore GI water pipe with funnel and wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I including dearth chamber of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm grade aggregate with RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1, 40mm thick with 15mm dia MS bar 100mm C/C both ways and 6 MM dia MS hooks complete all as specified inlcuding testing on completion all as specified and as directed.
