Providing and fixing Aluminum Partition Cabin work in outside of the Chemistry Lab in the College.

FIXED ALUMINIUM PARTITION Providing and Fixing Aluminium Partition consisting of Aluminium Sections 63.50 MM X 38.10 MM X 1.50 MM thick hollow anodised of Jindal / Hindalco make conforming to IS733 and IS 1285. The anodizing shall be transparent and complying IS 1868 (minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15). The Sections would be installed at an interval of 900 MM vertically and bottom section of size 114.60 x 44.45 x 1.50 MM Aluminium snap beeding for glazing/panelling etc. and 5.5 MM thick float Transparent Glass including providing screw less aluminium glazing clip. Bottom upto 900 MM Height Will be provided with 12 MM thick pre-laminated particle board conforming to IS 12823 Grade I type II of Bhutan / Nepal / Greenlami of interior grade complete with fixing clips, fasteners, filling up of gaps at junction, top, bottom, & sides with required PVC/Nepprene felt etc. The joints shall be smooth, mitred and jointed with cleat angle etc as per direction of college authority.

ALUMINIUM DOORS & FRAME Providing and Fixing anodised Aluminium Door and frame consisting of Sections 83.5 MM X 44.45 MM X 1.5 MM thick vertical, top and middle horizontal members and bottom members of size 114.60 MM X 44.45 MM X 1.5 MM thickness. Bottom upto 915 MM will be provided with 12 MM thick pre-laminated board as mentioned in the item 1 above and rest above provided with 5.5 MM thick transparent float glass. Door provided with 100 MM brass dead lock Godrej make. Door should be fixed with hinges and all componants of door will be fixed in front and back both side of door like handles ,door closer ,door stoper etc.tower bolt including all work is complete as direction of college Authority.
