OEM or Authorized dealers only to quote and tender specific authorization from OEM must be attached. While uploading the above documents, Bidders should ensure that the documents should have the mobile number and e-mail address of the authorized signatory in order to ensure the genuineness of the certificate or otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.
Bidders should clearly indicate the Make / Brand offered by them. Offers received other than brands mentioned in the description are liable to be rejected.
The suppliers shall send test certificate from govt. authorized test house. In case of international brand, the test certificate from reputed institute like BAM, Germany is mandatory. The test certificates to be given at the time of supply of material.
