Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards of any type and any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel framed work as grill gratings etc with end of bars shouldred and / or rivited or forged into spikes, framed guard bar barred iron door ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including columns, special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

SS&F Factory made steel windows with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle & steel peg stay complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded and also including painting the exposed steel surfaces with one shop coat of Zinc-Chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges , steel peg stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 sq.m. in each shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surface already treated with primer over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) for skirting / dado finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work built in cement mortar (1:4) with sub class 'B' bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item.

M&L for applying a coat of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, having properties of 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and sprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of mild steel door shutter of any description & size and refixing in the same opening after necessary repair required for smooth functioning the same using accessories like angle, plates, holdfsat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, size of grid 605mm x 605mm including providing and fixing designer decorative Gypsum board 4mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep getting out soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified paving tiles in size of 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick double charged digital printing laid in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade including and over of 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) completed all as specified and directed. Note: Colour and sample of tiles shall be approved by GE.

M&L for pre-polished chequered tiles (any colour) of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with gray cement & pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
