Demolition above G.L upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 meters including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge (i) Un-reinforced cement concrete more than 15 cm thickness. Cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix ( including equivalent design mix )

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i)Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and Shuttering All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (i) 1:2:4 (One cement :Two coarse sand): four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size).

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) In gratings, framed guards bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar work.
