FALSE CEILING

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance? 85%, Thermal Conductivity k=0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’. The system should rest on periphery walls/ partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.With 16 mm thick beveled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6)

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting. 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) :2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)

FLOORING

Providing and installing waterproof, anti-skid and chemical resistant SPC flooring having thicknness 4 mm, size 180mm x 1220mm (Plank).

ROLLER BLINDS

Supplying fitting and fixing of polyster/ cotton 0.6mm thick with blackout 3 pass foam coating blinds of approved colour, texture and pattern to the size of the opening including required extension in length and width. Prior approval should be obtained to finalize the design and pattern. Finished and complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.

FLUSH DOOR

Supplying materials and making double shutter door in site or in factory with 35mm thick WPC flush door as the core with 6 mm thick ply board fixed both side with good quality adhesive and nails to obtain required design as per the approved drawing and specification. Both sides covered with 1mm thick laminates of approved colour and shade of reputed brand as per the pattern and design. A wooden bead of 40mmx 12mm should be fixed along the four edges of the door. Including fixing of all door hardware like H-type pull handle (two pairs), Concealed door closer (two sets), Door stopper (two numbers), Verti-bolt lock (one set), Hinge (three in each leaf) finished and complete in all respect as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. WALL PANELLING

Supplying materials and making interior wall paneling (Type-1) as per the approved design and specification. The specifications of materials and construction methodology will be as follows:- Making frame for partition with 19mm thick ply box section of size 75x75 mm as per the approved drawing. 19 mm thick plyboard to be fitted on one side of the frame and then 12 mm plywood to be fixed above it with laminate finish of 1mm thickness of approved colour and shade & as per approved design. A slot of 900X390mm to be cut out from the 19 mm ply and openable door shutter of same material to be fixed. Two cut outs of 600X1200 to be kept for fixing of fabric covered wool panel (acoustical material). Refer drawing for corresponding measurements . Fabric Covered wood wool panel mounted on supplied G I Frame work consisting of basic profile, main profile & edge profile.The woodwool panel will be back lined with 50mm thick 1; Frame work consists of 25mm thick GI wall channels with fully knurled surface of 0.55mm thick 80mm width, having two equal flanges of 26mm. A GI wall channel is fixed to the walls in horizontal direction with the help of suitable fastners at 600mm C/C then an another 25mm thick GI wall channel is fixed vertically over the horizontlly laid wall channel at 600mm C/C . The frame work shall be back lined by using polyester wool having a density of 1000 GSM and 50mm thick. Including all other accessories like magnetic catcher, hinges, good quality adhesive, screws etc. to finish and complete as per directions of Engineer In-charge.

The specifications of materials and construction methodology will be as follows:- 19 mm thick plyboard covered on one side with approved laminates of minimum 1.0mm thickness with the combination provided and fabric covered wood wool panel of size 1200 x 600 x 20mm are to be fitted on existing wall as per the design. Including all other accessories like good quality adhesive, screws etc. to finish and complete as per the Architectural drawings and directions of Engineer In-charge.

WPC PARTITION

Supplying and installation of WPC partition with frame as per the approved design and specification.Framing from section of 4"x1.5" members to be fitted both horizontally and vertically at a distance of 1200mm-1800mm. WPC wall panel of size 125mmx20mm and length 2.4m to be placed vertically above the framing one after other walnut colour, with woden effect surface finish. The partition has 6 openings of size 750x2100mm.100mm WPC to be fitted to three sides of the opening. WPC squar panel to be installed at the bottom of the vertical members. All the panels will be fittedwith channels & clips.

PLY WOOD

Providing and fixing 19 thick ply wood board for panelling works as per approved design and drawing .

Providing and fixing 12mm thick ply wood board for panelling works as per approved design and drawing.

LAMINATE

Providing and fixing 1.2mm to 2mm thick laminate of approved colour and shade in all visible plyboard surfaces including inner surface of vertical and horizontal coves and band. Make- Greenlam/ Merino/ Virgo or equivalent as approved.

UTILITY TABLE

Supplying materials and making side table with drawers on site as per the approved drawing and specifications. The specifications of materials and construction methodology will be as follows: Making table with 19 mm thick ply board finished with laminate as specified. The material should be flame retardant as per BS-476/97 and EN438-6 with classification of BS1D0 standard property. Finished and complete as per the specifications, drawings and instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.

MAIN CONFERENCE TABLE

Supplying materials and making table on site or at factory as per the approved drawing and specifications. The specifications of materials and construction methodology will be as follows: Top: Making table top with 19 mm thick Ply board covered with MDF board of 7.5 mm thickness. The border of the top should be double layered to get 32 mm thick as per the approved drawing and design. The material should be flame retardant as per BS-476/97 and EN438-6 with classification of BS1D0 standard property. Necessary arrangement should be made to assemble/ de-assemble the top. Special care should be taken to get smooth and elegant look and there should not be any sharp corner. Colour and edge lining will be as per the view and instruction of the Engineer-in-charge. (The measurements will be taken on finished size of the top.) The top and edge of the table should be finished with White Duco Paint. The sides should be covered with approved laminates of minimum 1.0mm thickness with the combination shown in the 3D view. All necessary arrangements for Pop-up box, Cable manager, maintenance door in the supporting box, etc. should be made for wasy operation. Finished and complete as per the specifications, drawings and instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.

SIDE CONFERENCE TABLE

Supplying materials and making side conference table (Table-1) on site or at factory as per the approved drawing and specifications. The specifications of materials and construction methodology will be as follows: Top: Making table top with 19 mm thick Ply board covered with MDF board of 8 mm thickness. The border of the top should be double layered to get 32 mm thick as per the approved drawing and design. The material should be flame retardant as per BS-476/97 and EN438-6 with classification of BS1D0 standard property. Necessary arrangement should be made to assemble/ de-assemble the top. MAIN CHAIR

Providing and supplying high back chair with ergonomic design. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood upholstered with high resilience moulded polyurethane foam 50mm thick having density 40kg/m³ with fabric tapestry and the back shall be made of two piece injection moulded polypropylene net cover upholstered with breathable mesh tapestry. The base of the seat shall be supplied with PP cover and the backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine and cushion base adjustable lumbar support which helps to provide full back support as well as head support. The chair shall be supplied with black integral 3D adjustable polyurethane arm having sliding, up-down, to & fro motion. The chair shall be supplied with 2D adjustable headrest for head support. For seating durability the chair shall have synchro tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism with upright position locking and tilt tension adjustment. The pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height up to 100mm with BIFMA standard class-3 gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat. The gas-lift mechanism should be tested as per ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standards. The pedestal should have five legged injection moulded in 30% glass filled nylon having pitch circle dia. 660 mm fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors.
