Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

To qualify for this tender the bidder has to attend the prebid meeting held at PWD DIVISION OFFICE Dharwad on 01-03-2025 at 12.30 am and obtain the certificate of qualification with regard to lift maintenance for bidding this tender and Upload the Same in KPPP.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPPP portal.

Eligible Licensed Electrical Registration Certificate

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

All the items in the tender include all lead & lifts labour, hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works, and all other incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the direction of Engineer in charge of this work

Financial year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year(both days inclusive).

The tender shall scan the Original Ownership Documents/ Lease/ Hire commitment Agreement for the Machinery and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced at the time of opening of technical Bids for physical verification

The Employer reserves the right to Reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason

The Department is not responsible for any delay in accessing eprocurement portal

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2 : Instructions to Tenderer I T T will only be considered for evaluation

To Qualify for award of this contract, each bidder should give all details and documents as per technical and financial bid attached to this tender

The bidders shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee into the respective receiving bank accounts of e- Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of the contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately

The intending contractors are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the standard tender documents KW-1 KPWD and further orders thereon

Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security depositin any of the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price plus difference amount for unbalanced tenders as additional security (for unbalanced tenders) in accordance with Clause 25.5 of ITT and Clause 44 of the Conditions of Contract

Contractor should upload the scanned Copy of Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalized/Scheduled Bank. Original Bank Guarantee should be handed over by the bidders TO THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER.
