Repair and routine maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of Monarch make fully automatic electrical Dumbwaiter & Passenger lifts , capacity of lifts 272/250 KG with power operated door simplex collective control system to serve (G+5), upper floors- COY /69- 01 No & NDIC/99- 01 No including repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, all types of shoes, headers, hangers, door rope, door cards, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, control connector/ links, hall push buttons and its covers, welding of cracks/ any broken MS items/ parts, repair/ replacement (in case of unservicable) of door drive door safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact,shaft limit switches, COP buttons, car position indicator, car door sills and landing door sills, Fire alaram toggal switches,intercoms, smoke detactor, mainentance of VVVF drive and Auto Rescue Device, repairs of wiring & cables as per requirement for safe operation of lift, cabin fan, cabin light etc,complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repairs landing door comprise of 02 Nos power operated 900 mm centre opening door by horizontal sliding stainless steel panel 18 SWG with hairline finish (N-304), flush type panel complete with hangers, headers, gate lock aluminium sill etc for lift at C. No 45 MEPS Dept VIP complex complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in –Charge

Supply and fixing in repairs hall push button assemblyand including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED display with LPI/ LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/ control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface with masonry work to match with existing surface for Goods lift /Passenger lift at dockard complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs emergency alarm system assembly on ground floor landing complete with PCB card battery backup battery charging unit and speaker including necessary control/electric connection wiring with COP and control panel complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs car cabin made out of 1.2 mm thick stainless steel with side enclouser, celling with 02 mm thick MS Sheet dully painted , assembled on MS Sheet plateform, false ceilling hair line finish with LED Light and fan with aluminium grill , the flooring will be covered with 3 mm thick aluminium chequred plate, overload sensing mechanism, DO & Don't board ,Capacity plate etc complete all as specified. Supply & fix in repairs ELCB, 3 phase, 415 volts, 63 A capacity, having sensitivity 300 mA in machine room complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix in repairs Pre-interlocking gate locks suitable for collapsible type landing doors complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for 16-18mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut mirror polished cladding with chamfered/rounded edges with approved decorative design laid over and including 15mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) set and jointed in cement paste and pointed in white cement mixed with pigement to match with shade of granite for lifts architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
