Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5m deep but not exe 3m deep and getting out in soft and loose soil and removing the excavated material/soil upto a distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm, broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (Nominal mix) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- using dimapur sand)

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
