Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.(DSR No. 13.80)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOCcontent less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour.(DSR No. 13.41)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) (DSR No. 13.46.1)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (DSR No. 13.99.1)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking outjoints and preparing plastering the wall surface with whitecement basedpolymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, allcomplete as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.(DSR No. 14.75)
