Repair to Fencing, foothpath, compound wall and garbage bins under AGE B/R (M) at Faridkot Mil Stn

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling barbed wire mesh / chain link fencing wire of any type of posts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out in soft/loose soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr and making good surface all as specified`and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F rolled steel section as in posts and struts in fencing, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 05 here-in-before but fixing only complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly countersigned by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Supply of chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only mild steel round bars 100 dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending in available length in FE 410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut shank size 11mm to 15mm dia and n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standrd rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but fixing only complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface, n.exc 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F Mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of flat, angle, rolled or other section partly ornametal, design in gusset plates, braces etc but without coverings including all necessary welding and / or revetting etc misc pintle and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in back filling of pressed steeel frames, bed blocks, fixing of hold fast blocks etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 19 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick, measured solid including all moulding but excluding frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazo from brick walls or concrete of any description,racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick rough cast plaster over 10mm thick C:M 1:4 on fair face of brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, soffits/facia of chajja/roof slab etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Curing of surface will be carried out as per Para 15.15.3 of SSR Part-I.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per pecifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Demollition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above gound level) any descriptiion and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the same to a distance exceeding 500 mtr but not exc 1.5Km complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 as in sub base (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 60mm thick precast interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm M-35 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 80mm thick precast coloured interlocking paving blocks factory casted using grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/ Sqcm M-40 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sand filling with river washed and screened dry fine sand as in under floors or in foundations including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for factory made pre-cast cement concrete solid blocks type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of any size or any thickness with plain fair faces, smooth finish, including chamfering, weathering, throating etc set in cement mortar 1:4, including necessary form work and excavation & earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed & temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre & depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded aggregate, as in coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc an the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including priming paints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 20,028.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No. 21 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
