Charges for Overhauling of any one of the following pumps (Breakdown / Overhaling) namely, permeate water pumps, Degasser Transfer pumps, AC Make up pumps, Potable water pumps, Stator water pumps, DM Transfer pumps,RO Reject water pump, Mixed Bed Regeneration pumps, Acid dosing pumps, Acid and Lye unloading pumps, SHMP Dosing pumps and Sodium Bi Sulphate Dosing pumps by decoupling the pump; removal of pump assembly disconnecting the suction and discharge lines; removal of pump casing from bed; dismantling the shaft with sleeve, bearing with catridge, impeller, renewal of bearings, oil seals, assembling the pump parts and pump casing and fixing with bed, aligning, coupling the pump, connecting the suction and discharge lines and commissioning inclusive of T&Ps and hire charges.

Charges for Overhauling in any one of the following pumps namely Neutralizing pit pump, and Flushing water pump by decoupling the pump; removal of pump assembly, disconnecting the suction and discharge lines;removal of pump casing from bed; dismantling the shaft with sleeve, bearing with catridge, impeller, renewal of bearings, oil seals, assembling the pump parts and pump casing and fixing with bed, aligning, coupling the pump, connecting the suction and discharge lines and commissioning inclusive of T&Ps and Consumables.

Overhauling of RO - High pressure Pump. This work involves Removing the pump coupling, dismantling of bearings and Mechanical Seal, diffusers stage body, impellers, shaft and its keys, loading & unloading of pump rotating parts, machining of wear ring & rotating parts, dynamic balancing, Assembling the pump stages and inspection, rectification if required and reassembling of the pump internals, defusers stage body and float setting adjustment with pump impeller and pump casing and alignment of pump with motor coupling distance setting, testing and comissioning of the pump inclusive of hire charges for T&Ps and cost of consumables.

Charges for alignment of pump and motor and comissioning of the pump inclusive of hire charges for T & Ps and cost of consumables.

Charges for Opening the manhole of Pressure Sand Filter, dismantling the inlet distribution system, checking the Laterals & to renew if necessary and thorough cleaning of the pipes, removal of filter media, pebbles and segregation of removed filter media and cleaning the pebbles, Cleaning the tank inside thoroughly, water washing and removal of any debris inside the tank, re-fitting the collection and distribution headers and their pipes and refilling the filter media to the required level, closing the manhole doors and replacing new sand of recommended grade of required quantity and closing the manhole inclusive of T & Ps and consumables).

Charges for removal of existing rubber lining, Sand blasting Dismantling the internals, Coating of adhesive compound providing 8 hour gap between each coating before patching of natural rubber, rubber lining (Vulcanizing) by hot banding process of the PSF distribution header inclusive of T & Ps and consumables).

Charges for Welding pipe joint by patch welding, including cost of welding electrodes, gas, consumables and T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacement of defective / worn out 125 NB Diaphragm valves of ION Exchange Column Vessels such as SAC, WBA, SBA & MB removing worn out / defective valves, renewing with new diaphragm valve, clamping the valve in position including cost of diaphragm valve, T&Ps consumables etc., including cost of cutting gas, consumables and T&P hire charges.
