ICT based IFM System and SWM System based on SaaS model (on per vehicle basis) upto 300 vehicles (One time implementation cost for initial configuration)

Note for S.No. 1

The bidder shall quote a fixed lump sum amount for implementation of the ICT based IFM System and SWM System on SaaS model for up to 300 vehicles, inclusive of one-time implementation cost for initial configuration.

In case the number of vehicles exceeds the initial limit of 300 vehicles during the contract period, payment for additional vehicles shall be made on a pro-rata per vehicle basis, derived from the quoted lump sum amount for 300 vehicles.

Example:

If the bidder quotes a lump sum amount of INR 3,00,000 for 300 vehicles, the per vehicle rate shall be:

INR 3,00,000 ÷ 300 = ₹1,000 per vehicle

If 20 additional vehicles are deployed at any time during the contract duration, the additional payable amount shall be:

20 × INR 1,000 = INR 20,000

Note for S. No. 2

The bidder shall quote a fixed lump sum amount for ICT based beat wise manual/mechanical sweeping, drain cleaning, garden cleaning and cleanliness at the periphery of waterbody monitoring system based on SaaS model upto 5000 beat inclusive of One-time implementation cost for initial configuration.

In case the number of beats exceeds the initial limit of 5000 beats during the contract period, payment for additional beats shall be made on a pro-rata per beats basis, derived from the quoted lump sum amount for 5000 beats.

Example:

If the bidder quotes a lump sum amount of INR 5,00,000 for 5000 beats, the per beat rate shall be:

INR 5,00,000 ÷ 5000 = INR 100 per beat

If 100 additional beats are increased at any time during the contract duration, the additional payable amount shall be:

100 × INR 100 = INR 10,000

In case the number of vehicles exceeds the initial limit of 300 vehicles during the contract period, payment for additional vehicles shall be made on a pro-rata per vehicle per month basis, derived from the quoted monthly amount for 300 vehicles.

Example:

If the bidder quotes a monthly amount of INR 3,00,000 for 300 vehicles, the per vehicle monthly rate shall be:

INR 3,00,000 ÷ 300 = INR 1,000 per vehicle per month

If 20 additional vehicles are deployed at any time during the contract duration for a month, the additional payable amount shall be:

20 × INR 1,000 = INR 20,000

If required by the Authority during the contract period, the bidder shall deploy additional manpower (Technical Support Person / Operator) as per the instructions of the Authority. Payment for such additional manpower shall be made as per the rates finalized in the Contract.
