PATCH REPAIR WORK ON THE SH MDR ODR EXCEPT THE ROADS FOR RENEWAL AND SPECIAL REPAIRS OF YEARS 2024 25 AND 2025 26 FALLING UNDER THE DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GHORAWAL

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen on primed surface at the rate of 0.30 kg/Sqm using manual mens as per techanical specification clause 503.

Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. Including mixing in a suitable plant or mixol laying and rolling with a three wheels 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510.
