DWC HDPE PIPE LAYING: Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc.direct in ground (750 mm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench,etc.,complete as required. Make: Gemini/Rex/Duraline 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

MV CABLE LAYING: Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC/PVC pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

CABLE END TERMINATION: Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make: LOTUS/COMET/DOWELLS 3.5 X 35 sq. mm

G.I. PIPE LAYING: Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (750 mm deep)and floor/road cutting and finishing the with PCC in original condition and wherever required based on site condition as directed and required by site Engineer etc. Make: Jindal/Tata 50 mm dia

EARTH CONDUCTOR: Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

MV Cable laying in wall:- Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PCV shealted /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade following size on wall surface/recesses as required. Upto 35sq mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

CABLE ROUTE MARKER: Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing thesame in ground as required.

Potential Earth Electrode: Provision of copper Potential Earth Electrode type (Chemical earthing), 3mtrs, 1.5 inch dia with Augur / Drill / Bore a hole of 8 - 10 Inch in diameter to a suitable depth of 3 meters (Electrode Length). The work includes refilling the empty space around the Earthing Electrode with the 2 bags of moisture booster (compound /soil mix), each termination should be with suitable 2 set of Stainless Steel bolt, nut & flat & spring washers of each run, testing earth resistivity of the Electrode and provision of 2'x2'x1' brick & cement chamber with 2'x2' RCC cover including suitable painting etc. as required. METERING PANEL: Supply, erection & commissioning of wall/floor mounting type of Energy Metering panel board fabricated with suitable size 14 SWG MS sheet/flat/angle duly painted and also suitable for Indoor installation and earthed consisting of the following as required: (a) Incomer: One chamber consisting of suitable size with mounting arrangements,supplying and fixing of 1no 125A TPN MCCB (Make: L&T/Legrand/Simens) (b) Out going : 9 No's 32A Double Pole MCB (Make: L&T/Legrand/Simens) The above MCCB/MCBs should be L&T/Legrand/Simens make and to be mounted in individual chambers consisting of suitable suitable size with mounting arrangements. (c) Suitable size epoxy insulated colour coded Copper bus bars chamber along with Aluminium earth bus for entire system. (d) Interconnection with suitable size insulated Copper link,spreder,provision of inscription labels etc. (e) Removing & refixing the exsisting EB Meters(9No's) and including outgoing wires end terminations with copper lugs.etc., (f) Suitable cable chamber with knock out holes, terminal blocks, interconnection materials etc.as required. (Work may be coordinated with TNEB if required)

SUPPLY OF 3.5 CORE, 35 SQ MM, ALUMINIUM UG CABLE: Supply of 3.5 core, 35sq mm, PVC insulated, Sheathed and armored aluminium 1100 V grade as per IS 1554 Standard UG cable, produce with necessary test certificate etc. as required. Make: Finolex/Polycab/Q-Flex
