Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator )/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.50 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.50 m including the getting out of all kind soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 Fine sand: 8 Graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation and floor.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1: 1.5 : 3 ( 1 cement 1.50 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Mild Steel or Iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks.

Centering and Shuttering for RCC work including rent of shuttering,material,labour and T&P required for proper complition of work for slab and wall etc.

Class M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand (of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single/ both side or half brick wall for exterior/ exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive. (1)1 cement : 4 coarse sand (a) Providing and fixing water proofing materials in cement mortar for plastering or in concrete work in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (two or more coat applied @1.67 Ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm.) (ace Adv. walmasta) Asian, Berger

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should confirm to the ISI no -103-1950.)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, pre molded and pre polished, machine cut for Kitchen Platform, Vanity counter window sill facia and similar locations of required size approved shade , color and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing , curing, molding, and polishing to edges to give high glass finish etc. complete at all level Granite of any color or and shade.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage up to 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Supply and laying of aluminum conductor, PVC insulated armored, served, sheeted cable 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750mm below ground level over a cushion of 75mm thick sand around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and top on surface, the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size.as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. complete in all respect The armoring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. (A) 50 sqm 3.5 core

Supply & fixing of brass nickel plated compression gland for PVC insulated & armored served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respects. Supply & wiring of submains with 2 nos. 2.5 sq.mm & with 1 no. earth wire of 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated 1100 V grade single core multistrand copper conductor cable in existing PVC conduit complete, including supply of all material, labourand T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer I/C.

Supply and wiring of sub main 2 number 4 sqm . FR PVC insulated 1100 V grade multi stranded single core copper conductor cable in heavy duty 20mm dia PVC conduit partly concealed in wall and partly laid in slab along with one number 2.5 sqm FR PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire etc. complete in all respects.
