Attending day to day complaint by deploying 01 plumber and 01 helper for repairing of leakage of GI pipe line of any size, repair in leakage/ blocked ferrule joint of water connection pipe by using rubber sheet, clamp & nut bolts and any other material required at site for making good/ leakless the existing joint, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling after testing the joint, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) If contractor fails to attend and resolve complaint on same day, an amount of Rs 2000.00 per day shall be recovered drom the dues of contractor as penalty by department. (ii) GI Fittings required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) Contractor shall maintained complaint slip signed by JE/Engr-in-charge on daily basis. (iv) Necessary excavation, returning filling in and removal if any, during the Job is included in quoted rates.

Supply only GI fittings such as Tee, elbow, bend, reducer, socket, nipple and union etc of size from 15mm to 100 mm dia of ISI quality and all as specified and directed at site. The weight of fittings shall be as per relevant IS and payment shall be made on the basis of weight given in IS.

Supply only CI/DI fittings upto 250mm bore such as bends (any type radius and angle) Tappers (any type straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee, single branch, Y junction, double branch, connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces, Collars, Caps and plugs etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for mild steel work for valve pit cover of suitable size made of 3mm thick MS sheet/plate, hinges, handle and locking arrangement, 40 x40 x 4mm iron frame, flat iron 25x4 mm & hold fast, fixed on top of valve pit, including two coat of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismaintling of existing Valve pit of any size and construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm x 105 cm (internal dimensions) built in cement mortar 1:6,Plain cement concrete, M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and including 15mm thick plastering internally with cement mortar 1:4 and flush pointing externally as the work proceeds in same mortar and plain cement concrete, M-15 (Nominal Mix),type B-1,(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, 50mm thick, complete including 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover, handle, locking arrangement, including provision of angle iron frame 40mmx40mmx6mm with 15 cm same angle four sides for grouting in PCC for cover and earth work in any type of soil including removal to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for water supply installations schematic diagram board of size 1.5 mtr x 0.60 mtr with embosing/ printing the diagram on grey color back groung board with referance markings made of arcylic sheet of thick ness not less than 3mm and suitable hanging arrangement on wall and all as specified and directed
