Opening cover de-watering and taking out sludge from septic tank of any size and removing sludge out side MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing cover in original position. Note :- The measurement for the quantity sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface on measuring rod for payment purpose.

Opening cover and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats, pebbles sand ,silt from gulley traps and cleaning of gulley traps including drain pipes upto first manhole not exceeding 3 metres away and removing the same to outside MD land and placing the cover in orginal position complete all as specified as directed. Note: All T&P including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Opening cover and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats, pebbles sand ,silt (night soil excreta etc)from Man Holes of depth not exc 1.5m and cleaning of man hole as per BMC rules and placing the cover in orginal position complete all as specified as directed. Note: All T&P including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Opening cover and taking out accumulated garbage deposited such as brick bats, pebbles sand ,silt (night soil excreta etc)from Man Holes of depth exc 1.5m and cleaning of man hole as per BMC rules and placing the cover in orginal position complete all as specified as directed. Note: All T&P including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Systematically cleaning of 150 mm dia pipe sewage/drains by passing rope knots, bumboos kampti and disc of required size from manholes to manholes septic tank and well flushing after cleaning sewer line/drain pipe with water (excluding manholes and septic tanks) including safety measures such as test for gas etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate vertically to a depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connection to and including 4mm dia (8 SWG) GI earth wire from earth plate to main switch board including necessary GI bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers, thimble etc to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of GI bolts & nuts etc, connecting to DBs /LT Panel wlith provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade) excavation and earth work returning , filling, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 for earthing pit ,ramming and remove of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, make good to match with existing surface and testing on completion.Note:1.After completion if test results are not satisfied, earthing should be redone by contractor without any extra cost. 2. Contractor should quote the rate deemed to be included with testing.3.Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 2 Ohms.
