Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M & L for application of epoxy bonding primer for old to new concrete bonding (Sikadur-32 LP) as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sika or equivalent

M & L for rendering 10mm thick internal surfaces on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

Supply only liquid l water proofing compound (Make : Sika Latex Power)

M & L for applying a thin layer of 1.00mm thick Birla white putty/JK white wall care putty on wall surfaces including removal of existing treatment and making the surface uniform and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of distempering with acrylic distemper over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing complete of walls and applying one coat of distempering with acrylic distemper as per manufacturer instruction white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one coat of exterior weather proof emulsion paint tinted on walls of fascia of roof or chajjas on old painted surfaces brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster on old decorated prepared plastered/painted surfaces of bldg all as specified and directed. Make : Asian paints (Apex)/Berger paint (Brand - Weathercoat smooth)/Nerolac paint (Nerolac).

M & L One coat of floor guard paint on floor (Chequered tiles surfaces) including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian Paints (Apex) or equivalent

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling of gaps/joints between tiles, granites or any cemented work etc with pigment and making the surface good complete all as specified and directed.
